The room was nice size. The location was great, right by hiking trails, by beach and short drive into town. Breakfast was also fantastic with a lot of variety. The staff was nice and helped with my suitcases at check-in.

The room needs some minor renovation like a new coat of paint on the walls (chipping and dents in parts of the walls currently) and some of the furniture was peeling. Fix this and the room will be fantastic and worth what I spent on booking.

Uniquely positioned location in the dunes combined with a high service level.Good kitchen, both for breakfast as for quality dining.

Occasionally parking is an issue and when it’s busy staff can be a bit overwhelmed.

Location for our needs visiting Keukenhof.

Sound of bedroom doors crashing throughout the night until people settled down and then the same in the morning with early risers!

Very cozy Hotel. The Bed was super comfortable. The shower was also very good. Employees are very cordial. Nice restaurant in the premises.

Perfectly located villa hotel in the dunes, in the "middle of nowhere". Great for a cozy and relaxing weekend enjoying the surroundings, gastronomy and nature. Conveniently marked beautiful walking/hiking routes and all conveniences and a great restaurant at the hotel for after the walk. Very friendly professional staff.

Spacious and pleasant rooms, clean, free parking, and friendly staff.

No elevator, average breakfast for a 4-star hotel, and large rooms are poorly heated.

Stairs are pretty steep and narrow, like in a Dutch house, so if you have any disability or very small kids and/or luggage - you may need to reconsider booking here.Also, walls between the rooms are thin therefore you hear all loud sounds like taking a shower, slamming doors Although we requested it, there was no key to our room in the safe when we arrived at 11 pm.

It was in a great location and the breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean. It was nice to be able to see the stars through the large window.

The only inconvenience was that the hallway was a little narrow.

There is a restaurant onsite, and the breakfast was lovely.

The room we had was very small, felt quite cramped.The property could do with a bit of tlc.

Lovely boutique hotel located in the Dunes in Wassenaar. Access the beach by walking or rent an ebike at the hotel! Plenty of parking available. Not easily accessible by public transportation, but that was not a priority for us. Staff was extemely helpful.

The location is good for some hiking around and silence.

The hotel is under renovation so things are dusty and not enough cleaning, the room we got were not that clean.

The coffee at the bar after arrival was cold and very poor quality (strong UHT milk taste, beans were obviously also not very good), same at breakfast, coffee was poor. between 2 and 7 birds were in the restaurant, unacceptable. Several times no hot water in the veining for showering. We rented eBikes, which were not in good shape, one had a broken bell, the crankset or motor of the other slipped all the time.

The location about 800m away from Wassenaar beach is okay.

Breakfast until 10:30 on Easter sunday 2024 was a desaster. Only dirty cups and classes! At 10:05 they were asked to bring some cooked eggs. They did. so but first my wife was told that Breakfast is over in 25 Minuten. Our Room was directly over their garbage collect Point at the backsite of the Hotel. Very loud in the early morning! Not Great!

Location was very good and the staff were friendly and professional.

The room my daughter & i stayed in the first night (104 room ) was awful, so small, dusty and no door on the toilet, so when you were using the WC , you can be fully seen. As my 14 year daughter pointed out. It shouldn’t be a room to stay in … crazy.We were moved the next night on my request , that room was fine .Breakfast was ok but on both mornings the coffee machine didn’t work. A pretty limited selection on offer

The hotel is well located close to the beach (10 minutes walking). It was clean and nicely furbished. Breakfast was good in the morning.

The small room was very very small. There is room just for a small double bed. I believe smaller than that would be not allowed. Also the bed was too small and not very cmfortable.

Attractive position, pleasant decor, excellent breakfast. It would definitely be great in summer and spring.

Staff not very friendly. Very small room - we had booked what was described as a small double room but there wasn't even room fto open our average sized suitcase.
