I Like all the Concept ! Modern cleaned and central! All the the employees were perfect and delicate!Only one female receptionist was of a kind of negative and aggressive behavior

The employee Miss Kuchinek hope I write it good ! The behavior on the phone buffing in to the phone and her aggressive behavior are not in equal standards as the quality of the hotel ! Some people should not attend in customer service ! I’m sorry very bad behavior was in many hotels but like this never were treated

Super cute place very close to the station! Design is very cool, the bed is big and comfy, you have a teapot in your room. Loved it.

Spacious room and bathroom. Our room had a wonderful counter running the entire length of one wall which was very handy for putting all of our traveling stuff on! What a great design. Nice black-out curtains, good AC, good bedding, quiet, and clean.

It was inconvenient to have to walk around the block to the other building in the rain to check in and to eat breakfast but we survived.

Your hotel, was the best one I visited so far in Germany. The room was clean, there were clean towels, and the bed was soft.

the only thing I didnt like, is that there way window in the bathroom that you could see from the bed, but everything else was nice

The location was nice and the room was big. The washroom was also nice. Place was quite and lobby was also nice and clean

Motel B should provide refrigerator maybe small one so that guest can put his eatables and don’t need to go again outside while they busy with their work. Also microwaves should also be in the room.

I liked that my room was always clean after I left. I was just perfect .

Super soft beds... I personally like a soft bed so had a good night's sleep. My hips never complained. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very helpful. Great for a short walk into the town centre - 5 minutes or so to shopping and restaurants by the river. Motel B is new so everything was clean and tidy.Honesty bar downstairs if you needed anything. Just a fridge and a cashbox. Very trusting.

Breakfast was quite expensive (€14) and evening meals were hit and miss.. more misses than hits. €24 for 2 tiny schnitzels.and a few fries for example. Parking was €8.50.

Good location for a passing traveller. With underground parking for my bike. Easy stroll to town centre to find a restaurant.Very helpful staff.

Not a big deal for me, but no evening catering or bar. The honesty beer fridge in reception worked fine.

net curtains would help reduce solar gain. would be good to change address street to same as Hotel residenz, as check in and parking is accessed from there.

Excellent customer support "lost" a rain coat on the way to my car. The rain coat was found and send to me via mail. Highly supportive, verse friendly and very much appreciated.

Breakfast was good if a little pricey. Bed was very comfortable and location to the town center was very good only a couple of minutes walk.

The access to the room was very poor! Because the reception was closed the access to the room or leaving the room meant going to the floor above walking along then coming down again there was a lift to access the first floor on the way in but no lift to come up or down from the end of the building where the room was.No chair in the room only a stool.

Room is nice and clean, everything is quite new.CheckIn & Breakfast was at the partner hotel, great Breakfast!

The location was great. Room was spacious and clean. And had a good a/c. Bathroom with a large shower.

we had to ceck in at the hotel next door. The receptionist did not explain anything (hecdidnkt mention the check out time, he did not askif we wanted breakfast or where the roons where located)

This is a remote annex belonging to Hotel Residenz so breakfast is a short walk away.Motel B was unmanned so I found check in and check out were also a short stroll away.Being new the building and room was mint.
