Pros +
- Great location and buffet. Staff was very accomodating and friendly
- The breakfast was outstanding. The service was exceptional. The location was easy to reach by car. It was close to the city of Bocholt and close to the Dutch boarder. Quiet and relaxing.
- Breakfast was very good, staff were friendly. This Hotel does not provide dinner but their recommendation of a restaurant in the village was excellent.
Cons -
- Rooms were great but a little warm and without airconditioning
- Can’t think of anything.
- The classic TV channels did not work and the other possibilities required to register with our own Google account. With no possibility of catering on site after 6:00 p.m., we had to get back on our bikes to return to the next village less than two kilometers away.Having discovered a very good restaurant there, we have no regrets.

Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, great breakfast options
The hotel is located at the entrance to the Diepenbrock Castle property and during the day the place is serving delicious coffee and cakes. The place is very quiet. The bedroom overlooks a large pond. Mosquito nets are placed on the outside of the bedroom's windows (great). The bathroom is spacious, clean and although not having undergone major renovation in recent years, everything works and the rococo style decoration gives it a special touch.

The hotel is situated next to a beautiful castle. Typical german rooms.
The front door was difficult to open in the evening
We liked the location, nature and was very relaxing .
There was no fans or any device to cool down the room besides an open window. There's two single beds so not the best for a couple but was manageable.
The breakfast could have included some fruit or fruit salad. I also thought the bath was not very well structured. I shower would have been much more comfortable.
The breakfast could have included more fresh ingredients
Location and general atmosphere was really ok
The shower had some things needing some maintenance.
Very nice and clean place with great breakfast.
All was upto the mark
Heating system was not okay! We felt cold at night. Otherwise all okay
