Clean pleasant location although it rained a lot while I was there. Restaurant nice, but pricey

The location close to the beach was great!

There was no airco in the room. It was extremely warm. The coffee machine (very simple one) did not work. The telephone did not work

The location was very good for access to the city as well as the beach

The 'alarm' system for the door was a bit confusing but when explained, it made sense

Hotel was lovely in a great location about 7 minute walk from the centre. Clean and tidy. Rooms great size. Food in restaurant was great. Secure bike storage.

Breakfast was 17 euro per person so we didn’t have breakfast as seems a crazy price.

Staff very friendly and helpful, nice people. Restaurant very good, nice menu and well presented, service very friendly.

Its always difficult when you find a problem in the room and you report it but nothing happens. Day 1 reported that the safe could not be used due to door not fitting and unable to set the code, reception staff advised and told they will talk to their colleague, nothing happened also reported that the bathroom sink the plug did not seal so no water could would remain in the sink, again reported and same reply, will tell my colleague, again nothing happened. I would expect that from a hotel of this standard that things would be resolved, this did not happen. Room 201 by the way. Would also suggest better lighting in the bedroom, it seems dull.

Staff was really friendly. Parking is excellent.

Too little lights in the room.Restaurant is overpriced for mediocre quality.Hotel is quite far from everything.

The place was amazing, very elegant in every detail and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was abundant and wit ots of choices, even in case of food allergies.

The room was icy and there was no internal phone: I spent 5 minutes waiting on International call to them hanging down without any answer... so i froze all night long. Cocktails and food are average.

helpful staff

poor quality food and little choice for a hotel that has 4 stars. In addition, terribly uncomfortable mattresses and in the room we had a broken window which we reported to the reception but no one checked it.

Disappointing

Dirty bathroom with moldLoud music of a festival that was on during the period, hotel mentioned e-mail notification was shared but have not received any notification of this. If I were to have known this I would have booked another property, The music did not stop till 11:00 PM

Nice quiet location with easy access to town and other facilities

Close to Green and Water but as well close to town

From window you could appreciate nudity of spa goers. You can argue depends who they are but in this case it was not really a pleasure.

Room, bed, spaciousness, location. The help of one of the receptionists (Milou) was exemplary. She even personally pumped up my bicycle tyres.

Bar staff (especially on my third evening) appeared very unhappy with their job. The word impolite would go too far, but uninterested would certainly be more than fitting.

Check in staff were superb, restaurant lovely and rooms comfortable.

The bar was closed on one even very early , not what you would expect thestandard have changed than when staying in the past

I had to pay three times: for the room €176, on the day of arrival €25 for a cot and spa for one person, on the day of departure €16 for an unknown reason.

The room, the views, breakfast

I stayed longer in my room the first morning and they wanted to come clean the room and ask if i needed new towels. The policy is to not change the towels every day and cleaning when you are staying there for 2 days is just not necessary. But i appreciate the willingness to hav clean rooms :)

I liked the hotel very much. Quick check-in. Friendly but unobtrusive staff. The maids are great. The room was clean, tidy, coffee and tea facilities were replenished daily. Very comfortable shower with good water pressure. I use a professional hairdryer but the hotel hairdryer did the job. There is a safe but we didn't use it as the hotel seemed safe. The mattress is too soft for my back but I slept very well. I can recommend them.
