Lovely greeting from the host, room was on the top floor but the lift took us straight there, nice clean room with fantastic views of the Medieval Building opposite in the square, fantastic place to visit.

Great hotel but got no sleep!

We did not sleep! There was extreme noise until 4.30 because of the location which ruined the overall experience.

Beautiful decor, easy check-in, friendly staff, spectacular view, excellent location, lovely hand soap and shower gel, huge television, little mini-bar was a lovely touch.

2 single duvet covers on the double bed was a bit of a nuisance.

Parking near. Location is very nice in the citycenter. Self-checkin is easy. View from the room is beautiful. Room set-up is practical.

Bathroom is a bit outdated but sufficient.

So noisy. I am ok with the hotel being on a busy square... But come on, do not write "Soundproofing" and "Soundproof rooms" in the description when you can hear the whole street AND the whole hotel closing doors, talking and walking. We left a day earlier than expected because of that, it was not worth staying.The room and especially the bathroom were outdated, so that we felt like getting back to our old student dorm. Note that there are no wide shot of the bathroom among the pictures. Quite convenient.

Pretty, close to amenities

Wasn’t informed it’s next to a nightclub, banging music on Saturday night until about 3am.

Excellent location for cafes restaurants and bars. Lovely hosts, couldn't do enough for us.

Poor in general, and poor value for money.

No facilities on site. No reception. Had to phone to get access to property, as no info received prior to arrival, Dreary room with basic furniture. Noisy early morning

Nice lobby with lots of travel books to look through. The room has a fantastic view and is tasteful decorated.

The bathroom is a bit dated and the shower had a weak stream.

Central location and comfortable bed. Nice products in the shower.

We could hear the conversations in the room next to us and above us.The walls are very thin.

Getting access to the property through a phone call was not explained. Not everyone has a roaming plan on their phone. Why not send the box codes by email in the room confirmation?

Never took breakfast. There was no restaurant

The arrival was like going to a black box. Someone shoul dshare whatsapp or direct email to contact upon arrival

Good hospitality, very clean and cozy rooms, perfect responsiveness, i recommend 10/10 , we booked pretty late and we were able to check in 10 minutes after booking , very smooth process

Beautiful Hotel in amazing square with bars and cafes , rooms were superb and perfect for our stay .Staff were very polite and professional .View from windows across square was great in morning.

Excellent little hotel overlooking a small square, with an almost Mediterranean flair (the balcony just added to that). We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!
