Good view of aRhine river, pleasant location

OVERCHARGED for room without consent,had only booked budget. Breakfast expensive, I had two pieces of cheese ham and bread for 10. No Parking and right by police station so easy to get a ticket. No lift and 3or4 flights of stairs.

The self-checkin machine is (surprisingly) working well. No issue except trying to edit the wrong country of origin (didn’t let us correct the wrong entry). Great view of the Rhine from our room balcony.

Some may found the bathroom rather small. Think something that could find its way in a camper van.

Super easy online check-in. Clean room with big enough bathroom. Well designed small space that works perfect for a short or overnight stay.

You might need to take a few stairs up but we only had carry-on luggage so that was not an issue, but can imagine it is difficult for anyone who brought a large suitcase with them.

The property is so accessible. Staff are hospitable and kind. Respond in every questions and requests.

The view, the location and the commodities were wonderful

Everytime we would walk the wood floor would make noises same thing for the room next to us and over us since we could hear it when people walked

View on the river with the balcony rooms, basic but nice room, parking garage closeby for 10hrs/day, restaurants very close

Price of the breakfast is quite high, but it is good and served at the table

The location is beautiful and the people are extremely nice.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is a bit pricey.

Clean, location, friendly staff

Very comfortable family-run hotel with a super friendly team who take their job of looking after you serioiusly. Perfectly situated for a stop on my cycle tour in the area, the hotel also has a secure garage for bicycle parking. The restaurant was also excellent, for both dinner and breakfast. Recommended.

We were happy with our choice :- very nice situation facing the Rhine.- the room has a balcony with armchairs.- very warm welcome from all the staff.- we had a good diner on the terrace which is idyllic by nice weather.

- But guests have to know that it could be problematic by warm weather as the rooms have no air-conditioning.- We also thing the overall offer is a little expensive for what we get (small bedroom, no fridge... )

A great location on the Promenade. We were able to lock our bikes in a garage down the road.

Our room did not look over the river as I was hoping. Dinner was a disappointment as my main dish was tough, I had to get up to pour our wine from the ice bucket, and we were never asked if we wanted dessert, which we did want.

Restaurant and accommodation very good and the staff were helpful

Awesome view across the river. Extremely friendly staff.

The heating was turned down because of the war, but it was really way too cold to handle. Also a little noisy for people who don't want to hear other guests. It was no problem for me.

The view to the Rhein and the countryside beyond from the bedroom was astonishing

Lovely view on the rhine, good location.Breakfast was delicious, (a little pricy but standard for the area). Kitchen staff were really lovely.Do prefer a reception on entry but we'll managed for easy access.

The soap pump pack wasn't working and the sliding shower doors weren't working properly either.

The location on the river is perfect. It’s clean and the coffee provided inside the rooms is surprisingly good, but the reason I am taking the time to write a review is the friendliness of the staff. They were so welcoming and accommodating.

Rooms very clean, breakfast was very tasty and lots of options, rooms incredibly spacious and great view!

Mattress could have been a little comfier and the soap in the shower less watery. But overall very good.

The view was perfect, the room good and clean, and they have a nice restaurant

The all city is closed after 00h00 we arrived late and we was starving, we wish if we found just a selling machine in the hotel for buying something to eat.
