- Loved the decor and look of inside the hotel . It’s been a couple of years since our visit which we have done over 23 years .
- The location is excellent, the dome next to the hotel was an excellent facility for the kids and the kids club was great, and the kids had so much fun. The pool, while basic, was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, housekeeping was great, so was the parking and gym/pool/spa facilities. The lday at the check-in desk was very helpful with suggestions on eating out and places to visit.

First time staying really enjoyed it it was my daughters birthday and she had a great time especially in the swimming pool Will definitely be back again

I requested a quiet room. However there was a party going on, I was on the 1st floor. I could hear the music. Also the coming and going of the guest all hours of the night on the floor was most annoying, the loud bagging of the door was not needed . When some one request a quiet room , don’t put them on the 1st floor
Handle came off inside of door which was very dangerous in an emergency. Actually brought the handle down to reception when leaving

Clean and spacious, the blonde lady in the restaurant serving breakfast was the highlight of my stay. She was so friendly and helpful. A real asset to your business

I booked it because it had a pool and spa. Although they served the purpose they are in need of renovation. There was also a disgusting corner in the steam room where the steam came out.
The beds weren’t made up very well and the pillows need replacing.
Reception staff are lovely, the lady that checked us in had the standards of a 5 star staff member, staff in the restaurant area for evening and breakfast were also lovely

Room decor was fab, really comfortable and practical. Felt more luxurious than expected. Extremely friendly staff, especially Tufah on reception. She was so pleasant and started our trip on the right foor.
Waiting for the jacuzzi as it was so small and being unable to use the swimming pool comfortably as swim lessons were taking place
