The facilities were great

The noise from the gym class when trying to sleep with window open it sounds like a disco

We were in a very difficult situation of having a fire on Christmas night. We were able to book by the sat , for 5 nights. The staff were particularly understanding an kind .

Lovely staff, spacious room, comfy bed, nice pool

The food in the restaurant was below average but not cheap. As the hotel is on the town's periphery, you can't just walk into town for an alternative. We had to ask to move rooms as the first one was down near the leisure centre and the smell of chlorine in the room was overwhelming. We were promptly given an alternative room and it was very satisfactory.

A bit impersonal- staff don’t talk unless they have to- online check in/out encouraged.

The room was of good size very clean and had all we needed

The food menu in the evening was poor .

The Breakfast. It certainly was self service. Staff very uncooperative. No milk jugs. No spoons to service the cereals. Breakfast just average. Could be better. Very poor choice on the dinner menu and pricey.

The heat was unbearable. Even after turning off the radiator had to leave the window open all night. It was the same the first time we stayed in the summer. Thought it would have been cooler in the winter but it was disguise

Just off motorway. Shops right beside. Super selection for breakfast.

Floor lamp didn work, radiator make very lous wierd voice like alarm, and room was really acoustic

I was woke up by the manager and two of his staff who accused me of smoking,After coming into the room they realised i was not smoking quick sorry and left,

Easy to find with satnav. Friendly staff. Warm room with a fan for when it was too warm. Double window made the noise from traffic outside made the room quiet. Hairdryer supplied. V clean. Comfy beds. Near to food court and petrol station.

Could have done with more pillows. No shampoo, no shower cap. Toilet seat stained with what was possibly false tan. Breakfast bar was very far into the kitchen which made it v difficult to reach the hot food, fruit, cheese, yogurt etc. bacon cold the first morning. TempControl on the hairdryer was v hot and couldn’t be turned down.

Very good location beside the motorway and has double soundproof windows so not noisy.Did not have breakfast in the hotel as we chose to sleep on until check out time ,11 am.Lots of free parking , food shops and fuel station next door,100 mts.Portlaoise town center is only 2 kms away.

Quiet room and not too hot.

TV channels available was poor.

Big spacious room with all facilities needed for a good night's rest when you are on the move with kids. Good range of breakfast items and friendly, helpful staff.

Had a lovely weekend here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were so polite and hardworking .
