Breakfast was very good , my partner had a wonderful time at the spa , I have played golf also great course

The dinner was disappointing for the price very little on the plate ,

The hotel is beautiful, clean & spacious

Rooms were lovely. Reception was excellent at check in.

Very poor service in the bar. We got food in the bar and after the waiter dropped off the food - no one approached us again. All tables were full of plates with left over food from 8pm to 1am. We had to put our used plates on another table. We had to order additional drinks at the bar. When we ordered we showed the waiter where our table was located - to which we were informed that we would have to return to the bar to collect our cocktails. This happened on two occasions. The only time the waiter approached our table was to give us the bill. Service was also extremely poor at breakfast the next morning.

Great looking hotel and everywhere spotless. Food excellent.

Rooms fantastic, breakfast wonderful with excellent service , swimming pool and facilities clean and capacious……..

However: bar service terrible (for both casual pot of tea, and evening meal) and dying for a decor upgradeSpa experience unfortunately bad. Hard to see how can charge Elemis-listed prices for the experience. Broken shower facilities in my treatment room meant a trek back-and-forth whilst in midst-treatment, also no toilet facilities in actual spa? Staff sweet but largely unprofessional.

Peaceful setting.

Had to walk outside hotel to get to the swimming pool/gym and spa. Bar is more of a restaurant so when you just want a drink you end up having food to inhale! This can be off putting.

Breakfast was very good. It was my friends birthday and she received a drink of her choice at the meal along with a bottle of wine to the table which was extremely generous and appreciated

No salts available for foot spa and jacuzzi wasn’t warm

The grand staircase. Cocktails were also lovely. Decent breakfast. Lovely reception staff.

Lack of atmosphere. Especially in the bar area. Limited bar menu and below average food quality in the bar area.

Hotel and staff were excellent! We got dinner in the bar and the food and service were exceptional. We then went to the thermal suites and they were 10/10 - will definitely be back again.

The temperature of the heating in the hotel was very high - the air con didn't really work in the room.

Good location, staff friendly.

The room was very small and dark. The window overlooked the service entrance. We have stayed here many times on our annual holiday to Ireland, this was the only time that we have been disappointed with the room.It was also difficult eating in the bar as the menu does not indicate vegetarian options.

The hotel website is not user friendly, difficult to find information and I could not book the restaurant.

This hotel is exceptional. The decor and the ambiance is all so luxurious.The walk around the grounds was simply stunning especially over at the golf course. The staff were all so friendly from the reception to the bar and breakfast. Breakfast so tasty and fresh.Room was spacious with a stunning standing bath.

Loved everything

The main hotel and staff were amazing. We only stayed two night , we used the SPA for a discounted 25€ each but it was not worth it. Food and drinks good price and tasted nice.

Our room was so hot we didn’t sleep for two night, the staff at reception did get us a fan but this was. O good - just moving the hot air around. Outside temperature was 10 degrees our room was 24degress so not greatSPA facilities we paid 25€ each, I did not think it was worth the moneyDirty cups everywhere, unsure if half the facilities were working as all room seamed to be at the same temperature. Steam room was out of order. SPA needed a good clean

Breakfast was varied and excellent and the staff were so nice. We had our evening meal in the bar and were very satisfied.

I brought my mum to the Heritage to celebrate mothers day and we can not recommend enough. The food, spa and room were all exceptional. The staff couldnt have been more pleasant. One of the best staycations we have had in Ireland

The hotel overall was nice, but there were a few disappointments during our stay. The food selection in the bar wasn’t great, and I didn’t really enjoy lunch. I also found there weren’t many places to sit and enjoy tea, coffee, and a cake or sweet treat, which would have been a nice touch.On our last night, the heating in our room broke and started blowing out cold air. Two staff members came to fix it, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to resolve the issue. On top of that, the lights in our room kept flashing on and off, which was quite frustrating. While the staff were friendly and tried to help, these issues did affect our overall experience.
