Uncomfortable beds and very disappointed with breakfast, almost nothing vegan.

Complimentary tea coffee facilities in room would be good but having said that I did go down to breakfast room and bring tea back up

the hotel is located at the right hand end of the beach, its a gentle walk to the central square and the restaurants on the way are excellent , beach nice and clean with no 'music' being played, nice local friendly residents and definetly a laid back feel to the whole town.

the car park in the hotel was 20 euros per day, the car park only had a few cars in it , i feel the hotel could drop the price and have a full car park, its better to have a full car park at say 10 euros a day than an empty one at 20 euros a day

The hotel furnishings could benefit from modernisation and upgrading. Especially so around the pool area.

Great location in La Herradura. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We had a balcony with a view right on to the beach and it was idyllic. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The shower/bathtub was incredibly slippy - something to be careful about if you have mobility issues or are frail.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is wonderful. The room was large and airy and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast had a very good selection of meats, cheeses, cereals, breads with coffee and juices also available.The location could not be any better, walk out of the front of the hotel, cross the road and you are on the beach, there are numerous places to eat, drink and shop if you want to explore the seafront and the towns' quaint side roads.The room was on the ground floor with a private terrace, the beds were very very comfortable and the aircon' made it possible to get a good night sleep.Car parking is available in the basement for an additional fee, there is limited free, and pay parking on the roads opposite the hotel.All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful, we could not have asked for more.

At weekends parking nearby is not possible due to busyness of the resort. Cost of parking at hotel is far too high when you are resident and cannot park elsewhere at weekends.

Secure. overlooking sea. well presented. very comfortable beds. breakfasts varied for all tastes,(especially the chocolate pancakes). We didn’t have a main meal there , but snacks are available throughout the day. Third time we’ve been there, and hopefully we will go again next year.

Poor room- disabled room - noisy, the shower wearer went everywhere, kids slipped up! Noisy with people wheeling the mopping cart next to the room! Been coming for 20 years and was a let down
