ON ALETA ROOM designed for adults

We were there in October so it was quiet and lovely. The fresh food and variety in the buffet was nice.

The buffet was convenient and generally good food though the lighting in the dining room felt like a cafeteria.

Clean, close to sea with a beautiful view, free room bar with water beer and cola. Excellent rich breakfast, possibility to rent for free for two hours a bike.

The air fresheners… in huge amounts on the corridor, in the room there was also a small liquid based electric freshener. Why? They unplugged them at our request and the air was just fine clean and good as I told them the best smell is no smell…

Adult only hotels work well for us. The atmosphere was very relaxed throughout the hotel and the views across the bay towards Marina del Este are wonderful. It is within walking distance to Almuñécar. The air conditioning worked well and complimentary drinks were a bonus. We would recommend and return to the hotel.

We found our room noisy during the evening, at 23.30 we could hear televisions and voices clearly from other rooms.

We liked the distance from the center of town so that we could have a more tranquil and restful stay. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable.

There was a smell in our room that might have been an attempt at covering up cigarette smells. Once the room had aired out a bit is was much better. The hallway had an intense smell that was too floral and unpleasant.

Beautiful property, clean rooms, wonderful pool area, and fantastic location.

The restaurant was only OK. We would absolutely stay here again, but would avoid the restaurant for dinner.

Bed, view, breakfast everything great. The place is quiet, piece full, and no much tourists. Clean and nice staff.

The night buffet was no my favorite. It is far from other cities, without car it is impossible to move. Booking.com doesn’t let to cancel the reservation and that is a huge problem. Booking.com make us believe that they try to talk to the hotel but it’s not true. Be careful about that.

The location was great & extremely peaceful. The rooftop pool / chairs were lovely. Room was cleaned everyday no matter the time. My favourite part was the smell in the corridors, absolutely divine! Also, the food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations, 10/10, great value for money.

The rooftop bar was not open. Also, the tv in the room kept showing connect to the internet page which you could not fill in so every 10 minutes the same screen would pop up.

Staff at reception were very helpful and sorted up-grade to sea view after my first night at back of building...

location is beautiful, right on the beach and ticked Way from the main town but only a fre minutes flat walk online the beach. excellent facilities, super friendly staff. No kids

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and very clean. The bed was huge! There were some nice public areas where you could sit. The location was excellent! Overall I would stay here again.

Unfortunately the food wasn't great and there was a very strong smell of some kind of air freshener especially on the landings. It was quite overbearing. There were some seedy looking books left on the bedside table that made me feel uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and some great facilities - we didn't have time to enjoy them this time

Rooms were a little noisy into the early hours, and it was a shame we had a view of the concrete wall but overall it was a good stay Breakfast was expensive but we went out instead

Location and the view is amazing m. It’s a t the quiet end of the beach (which is what we wanted) and the staff are very friendly. This is our second visit to the hotel

Whilst I accept 30th September is towards the end of the season, we were disappointed that both the roof top bar and service at the beach were both closed. It was still 29 degrees when we stayed so if you wanted a drink you either had to take the elevator down 5 floors to the restaurant to ask for a drink or if on the beach you had to cross the road and queue up. This took an element of relaxation away, particularly given the charge to use the sun beds was still levied and there were big signs saying you can’t bring any food or drink not purchased in the hotel into the premises/onto the beach. One of the nights we stayed the hotel was full so I think it was short sighted to end such services this early and it would make me think twice about staying again at certain times of the year.

The staff especially, the location and the styling were fab.mattress excellent and the little touches like free drinks in Mini bar were fab. The views from our seafront room were spectacular.

The evening buffet. Sadly the food on display was cold unless there at opening of restaurant at 20.00 sharp. There were long hairs everywhere in the bathroom (I'm bald ) and the cleaning could have been sharper.The music from the bar area was a bit intrusive if you're on a lower floor.For a place of this quality a coffee machine in the bedroom would enhance the stay.

Large well appointed and very clean bedrooms.

The hotel was super good located and the facilities are amazing. The parking is too small and doesn't guarantee that you can have a place. Not easy to find parking outside. The treatment in the spa were good but not exceptional. The pool is just amazing with the views of the bays, really a chill out area.

The day of arrival the staff in reception was not super friendly. Despite that the rest of days the rest of staff was more willing to support.

The location was good but a little isolated and a long walk into Almunecar (very pleasant walk along the seafront). Buses run regularly and are very cheap.The hotel was very clean with lovely staff.The breakfast selection was incredible, with hot food cooked to order

Parking was supposed to be included but the hotel car park costs 20 euros per night. There is plenty of free parking very close by but the staff don't tell you that.The infinity pool is not a swimming pool! It has a fabulous view but the water comes up to your knees. Describing it as an infinity paddling pool would be accurate.

Everything was fantastic !The location is superb with the most wonderful sea views right out of your bedroom doors.Fabulous roof top pool and the most wonderfully accommodating staff. Pa the paella was dreamy !
