The staff are excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food is plenty and there are good choices

Clean, friendly staff, pool area was great for kids.

Breakfast and location was good. Dinner was very nice with plenty of options...however we were a little annoyed water was provided free at breakfast but not at dinner and the coffee machine should have been available at dinner

There was very little activities for teenagers. I didnt like i had to pay to use the safety deposit box in my room

The pool and the sides were great for the kids. Keep in mind at 5pm the Sun is on the other side of the building and it gets cool in the pool cause of the shade.

The “Free” parking is not free. Free parking means what ever you can find in the area. If you would like to pay 15€ a day for in ground parking it’s worth it but not many spots. We were lucky for one day the other 5 we spent 45min to 1hr to find parking. If you park your car and your close don’t move it!

Good location, close to the promenade and beach. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Live entertainment each night.

The hotel is well signposted. Good parking on site.The staff are helpful and efficient. The walk to the beach is a little further than stated on the internet.

Staff in the dinning room and reception were excellent they helped us so much an excellent place to stay in Almunecar Spain.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, the place is very clean and the breakfast is very good.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The gym was a bit old and missed some weights, but was still ok for a quick workout:).

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect and we weren’t disappointed. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is clean and spacious. Food is brilliant and there is a wide variety and choice at all sittings - even going in later there was still plenty of food available.

Nothing, everything was great. We didn’t attend any hotel entertainment as we like to go out in the evening but there was entertainment on most evenings, certainly at weekends.

It was very clean. The food from the restaurant was very good.

It lacked character for me personally. A couple of the bar staff were very miserable. The restaurant was very bright and fast paced.Deposit for towels and charge for the safe unnecessary. Pizzas from snack menu not good.

Unless you were on bed and breakfast , you couldn’t get a coffee/tea before the snack bar opened at 10Need kettles in the rooms

All the staff were extremely helpful, especially in the dining room. A good, varied selection regarding our breakfast and our evening meals.

The parking was difficult but we were thankful that our holiday was out of the school holidays. I can't imagine what it would have been like in the high season.
