Pros +

  • Hotel employees were great and helpful. Helped us to change the room and got the whole apartment instead. Great from their side.Nice pool area, bus transportation to the beach.
  • Absolutely terrible
  • Nice 3 night stop on our tour de Andalucia. Clean and comfortable room. Fine swimming pools. Quite a lot activities for children. And really good and rich breakfasts.

Cons -

  • the hotel is very isolated. it is part of a bigger urbanisation, and there is limited access to the beach
  • Pool bar overcrowded with all-inclusive guests; food was never available. 10 pizza-s on menu but only 1 veggie can be orders for 3 days I stayed in. really poor service.Room was not as the pictures presented. Room was behind kitchen area, away from the pool, regardless of pictures showing pool and sea view. Too far from the beach, but 5 minutes by shuttle bus. Parking the car in front was always a problem, had to look for the spot in surrounding streets.
  • The staff was rude, it was in the middle of nowhere, you couldn’t get an Uber, order food. A trip to the beach was a trek. A taxi or Uber from Malaga Airport is at least €115-145. They didn’t tell me where anything was at the complex, I waited for over 3 hours for my room. Pillows were flat, bathrooms smelt like sewage. I’m hoping my review will help someone not to get stuck in this place.

Nice 3 night stop on our tour de Andalucia. Clean and comfortable room. Fine swimming pools. Quite a lot activities for children. And really good and rich breakfasts.

Large room with large beds. View towards the sea. Clean and fresh. Nice staff in the bar and at the reception.

Noisy in the dining room. Noisy from corridors and garbage collection on the street in the middle of the night. We thought we lived closer to the sea than we did. The distance to the sea is three times longer than the crow flies. As the hotel is high up. Parking around the hotel is difficult. Expensive garage and narrow driveway with risk of scratching the car.

Nothing really, pool area looked pleasant. Great if you want to party as a group stag or hen!The lady on reception was wonderful who processed our refund and apologised for the misgivings when we checked out after our first night and went to a real **** hotel.

Lacklustre service, rude bar staff, mediocre food, too much to waste my time listing. Thank you Booking.com for stepping in when requested.

Worst choice ever, didn’t like anything, is a hotel full of drunks, besides some poor retired guests that probably feel sorry after staying there, full of noise, couldn’t sleep between the noise and the garbage truck.

The most annoying and crazy thing they do not release the remote control to the AC in your room. Obviously after seeing the type of people that hotel gathers. The technical guy works reduced times so we didn’t realize when coming in the evening after dinner no one could help us set the temperature to livable. The receptionist or manager maybe he was, apparently had to see if any remote control had batteries and would come up in 5 minutes, never arrived and was not open at all in sorting it out. He couldn’t care less. So we had to sleep with the balcony door open hence probably couldn’t close an eye the whole night.

Big room, comfortable and big beds, giant pool and great buffet

Location far away from tjhe beach

I appreciate the location being close to one of the best beach spots. The food is also good, with plenty of choices.

What I didn’t like about the property is that the reception staff is not helpful at all. They are always busy, and if you don’t speak Spanish, communication can be very difficult. Additionally, the parking is too expensive at 28 euros for two nights, and the spot was very small for an SUV. Other than these issues, it is in a good location.

The room and bathroom are big. The pools are great.

The A/C in the room was not working.

- They had some complimentary drinks in the room - under ground parking - good breakfast choice - friendly and helpful staff

- rooms were outdated - pools over crowded- bar over crowded and noisy - bowling overcrowded and noisy - no a la carte option in the restaurant, only buffet and it’s supposedly a 4 star- beds not comfortable - over priced

Great pools, and the buffet breakfast had really great options.

Spa and gym area needs a lot of investment and updating.

my room did not lock and I was not able to use it. I complained about it 3 times and it was never fixed. I did not use the room or keep my stuff in the room. At check out the font desk did not seem it care and acknowledge it was a problem . Very disappointed!!!!

See above comment.

9MichellePosted on: 10-15-2023

Great facilities. Loved the spa, covered pool and 10 pin bowling. Large choice of food at breakfast. Very friendly staff.

6SharonaPosted on: 9-27-2023

Good facilities for everyone, especially children, a lovely pool area

There were no ironing facilities until I complained and took the matter further to their head office

6UnknownPosted on: 9-26-2023

Pool and plenty of sun beds

It was not possible to walk anywhere No parking in the area the police were towing cars no choice but to pay for garage Room was on the first floor at the back so was below the level of the pool so very dark and overlooked The food was ok but we didn’t find it a relaxing experience as it was so busy and noisy

My family liked the breakfSt. Parking difficult and expensive. However due to a booking error we were one night short but luckily after discussion the hotel were charming and managed to accommodate our booking at the arranged price. Very courteous of them and excellent customer service.

Parking should be addressed as very expensive and difficult.

7KarinaPosted on: 8-1-2023

Swimming pool is great for family, bus to beach was great, room was comfortable.

Spa was closed. It’s a bit tricky for anyone who is not “all inclusive” as it was not clear where you could buy food if you just want a sandwich.

8ChakibPosted on: 7-27-2023

Nice hotel for families, staff are nice, good activities for the kids, reception staff ??

Internet is bad (very) Lifts slow and need renovation, 15€ daily for parking

7GarryPosted on: 7-20-2023

Good breakfast

My wife did not sleep well as the pillow was not comfortable, the times for the pool area are unusual it doesn’t open until 10am & then closes at 8pm, we had 1 minute usage of the pool
