- The location is beautiful up in the mountains and the view is beautiful. The villa is sweet, a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cleaners are friendly and helpful.

Cons -
- To make this place a 10:10 the furniture needs to be updated. The sofas are old, the cushions are old. The kettle is so old. The shower is old. The bed covers are out of date. If the owner replaces the furniture the place will be excellent. The swimming pool is not in use atm.
- Unfortunately, it's quite a walk into town and the complex is at the top of a steep hill, so going down is fine...but you need a taxi home!
- Two flights of stone steps down to house, north facing so dark and no sun on garden. Small garage upstairs. Not enough crockery and glasses for 2 people.No instructions for old oven or gas cylinder change, radiator in one bedroom only, rust in the microwave, dodgy heater in bathroom, no cushions anywhere, threadbare seat covers outside. Rusty clothes dryer. Very few lights. Everything needs to be renovated and refurbished. It was so depressing we left and found another apartment.

Lovely little apartment in Nice location.Two terraces that are shaded mostly (good for summer) with view to mountains.Car parking. Washing machine. Quiet. Safe.Beautiful swimming pool area with views to the ocean.Good value for money!
Nothing bad but just a few points:It is very basic accommodation. The double bed was comfy but the sofa bed and two single beds were quite uncomfortable.You need a car!Things need updating /fixing.
