Great location, great restaurant, great staff

Newly renovated rooms, staff was very nice, and easy to communicate with. Great restaurant downstairs.

Terrible sound isolation. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room.

Good place to stay when work traveling in Poland. Clean rooms, good food and nice breakfast

I have no complaints

We arrived to the hotel at 22:00 and the kitchen was already closed, but they were kind enough to offer us some really good food.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Restaurant is recently renovated, beautiful and food was great for dinner and breakfast.

Everything was fantastic.

Old school hotel with renovated rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good without being spectacular. Decent value for money. Parking right in front of the door. No extra charge for dogs. Walking distance to the old town.

When we arrived, hotel guests consisting of ‘big guys’ were standing in front of the entrance drinking, smoking and swearing loudly. My wife and kids had second thoughts and wanted to find another place, but it was late so we decided to find courage and walk past these guys to the empty reception. When we entered our room, we saw only one bed was prepared for our group of four people. We had to find out how to make the sofa into a bed and put linen and sheets on the pillows and covers ourselves. Not the best start, to say the least. Everything else was fine. We didn’t hear or see the drunk people again

Recently renovated room

Cleaning of the room wasn’t thoroughly done.Water came out of the shower since the doors were not hermetically closed.

Excellent customer service, very good breakfast,and strong wifi. My room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

I could not stay longer?.

Rooms were quite modern and looked fresh. Hotel seems to be renovated not very long ago. Staff welcoming and speaks English well.

In the double bed there were two single bed mattresses, one of them was higher and quite hard, the other one was soft and lower. Breakfast was so so.

Clean, safe, fast and clear reservation without any payments before.

Clean room, friendly service, convenient bed, good breakfast with all you need.

It could be separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room.

Great location, regularly ok hotel, very very nice food at the restaurant, amazingly nice staff except few individuals.

They should have bigger sheets to actually cover the mattress, new towels, nicer pillows and generally modernise it a little bit.

Very good hotel with probably best restaurant in Złotoryja, we had a view to tower whizh is a landmark of a town and aprox. 100m to old town.

Very comfortable hotel close in the center of Złotoryja. We have used it as a stopover on the way. Breakfast was very good, personnel was extremely kind and helpful. Good value for money.

The frontdesk staff spoke excellent English and checked us in in 2 minutes. She then went above and beyond by taking my friend who had an infected wound in his hand to the hospital after her shift. She stayed with him and interpreted for him until everything was taken care of. The hotel is located in the center of a charming historic town with cobblestone streets and picturesque townhouses. You can easily reach all major sights, convenient stores and restaurants by foot from the hotel. The room was clean and functional and the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was great, just one thing missing, air condition...to hot at the room :)But room was just new renovated :)

A litlle hot

Very professional staff. Good location next to the old town. Good breakfast. In the room you can make tea and coffee.

Friendly stuff. Very tasty food in hotel restaurant. Comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Three free parkings near hotel. Good localization.

It will be nice to have small fridge in the room.
