Amazing hotel, the views were extraordinary, SPA facilities more than I expected, great staff and delicious breakfast. 10/10!

The views from the common terrace are amazing. You can enjoy the sight of the city and the valley. The location is quite nice, and the breakfast options were very good. The swimming pool is of a decent size, which makes it more easily enjoyable, even when it is a bit crowded. (Don't expect it to be quiet, since this is a rather large family hotel). The gym is open from very early in the morning.

The internet did not work in my room. My room was rather small, with no desk to sit for work, although luckily this time I did not need it. The "balconies" are connected with each other and anyone walking pass your room can look inside, offering a limited amount of privacy. So, you have to choose between privacy (with the window blinds closed) or natural light.

Breakfast could be better, but maybe its some local style( like fish salad or aspic ). Also balcony doesnt have any separation, its available for everyone on the floor.

Location was fine. Kids were happy with the pools. Had a family room.

Middle of renovation. Rooms had supposedly a kitchen, but not even a bottle opener not to mention microwave oven or anything really to cook with. Fridge was very loud. No shampoo in the bathroom. No complementary tea or coffee. At the pool the lights for the showers were not finished and the actual use time of the pool only started at 14:00. Sauna did not have anything to throw water to the stones. No soap etc in the showers. No fruits of any kind for breakfast.

The hotel was decorated to a high standard. Clean gthroughout. Breakfast was ample and staff were arrentive to supply further food where needed.

Very nice place. 24h reception, so I was able to book it after midnight and check in before 2 AM. Very nice staff. Since I was participating bicycle race , this hotel was a good place to rest and prepare before climbing on Jaworzyna Krynicka.

Room and the view were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It would be nice to have some water available in the wellness downstairs. Also, it would be nice to have a vegetarian option on the dinner menu.

Well since the hotel doesnt have any stars yet, we cannot complain. However do read other reviews with recommendations e.g bring your own toiletries, slippers for spa and bathrobe.

Hotel was clear, the breakfast breakfast was plentiful.

Dinner - one big disappointment (opened from 16.00 only till 18:30) and were very poor (not standard buffet tables), only 1 kind of meat, risotto and beetroot. At 5 p.m., hot bowls were no longer refilled with meat. French fries were writing in the offer, but were not available :( . Clients are used to having rich dinners in hotels in Krynica. The cold water in the large pool and just few sunbeds by the pool

Excellent breakfast, nice pool with a view, close to the centre.

No parking spaces. Generally hotel is old and looks like falling apart bit still it has an atmosphere you may want to experience.
