- We vacationed at a time when there were not many tourists and the hotel was almost empty. So the vacation was super. We were alone in the pool for several days. Plenty of room in the restaurant. But we ordered lunch and dinner to the room - there were no problems with that. Despite the fact that the center is a bit of a walk away, we can recommend the hotel.- breakfast is delicious (although not varied)- we liked the Superior Room;- we liked the pool with jacuzzi;

Also saunas should be included in the price while they cost 60 PLN/day pero person. The restaurant has a poor menu and the portions are tiny little while being expensive, don't go there if You're hungry.

A great location but in a quiet area , clean , impressive with lovely staff
Nothing , all was great
Overall very nice and organised. Friendly staff.
No bar open in the evening and the garage was full and nobody had addressed the customers that double parked.
We liked the Spa area, and wide selection of breakfast. Very friendly staff, the room was nice and clean, no extra charges for safe in room. It was also very good value in a great location. Overall we would come back.
No complaints, we enjoyed every minute here.

Staff from Bali is very kind, smiling, helpful all the time. Cannot tell the same about receptionist.
Booking a room for a family is not a good idea. We got double bed ( very comfortable ) and a sofa for 2. Sofa was 1 m wide, it could accomodate ma 15 year old son . After asking at reception we were told sofa is OK for 2 children. It is definitely not. Finaly we got one extra bed, but then no more space left in the room even for walking.If I had known this in time of booking I would not do it.
