beautifully renovated reception, very tasty and rich breakfast, quality mattresses, very tasty food in the a la carte restaurant Kiepura

There were no more welcome drinks in the rooms - Coca Cola and beer, as it was during the 7 years we have been visiting this hotel, few parking spaces, one of the lifeguards is unpleasant to guests, a year ago we had the same experience

Breakfast was superb - great buffet selection. Evening a la carte menu in restaurant was very good choice and of high quality. Room overlooking stream, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. Facilities: swimming , bowling, pool etc all brilliant. Location and building very pretty

It was a pleasant stay bc of the location. Excellent food restaurant and breakfast.

Breakfast was really good and with a lot of choices. We had junior suite so vey comfortable, spa - we were just before the winter holiday season, so water was not so warm in the babies pool, but once weekend approached they warm it up... not nice..

Water in the swimming pool especially for the smallest guests should be warmer.

The reception lady at checkin looked bother with every question I have asked. It has been the most unpleasant check-in experience in a long time (and we travel quite a bit)

A luxurious stay in a great location, close to the ski-resort and Krynica. All of the staff was very kind, friendly and helpfull. Very comfortable and spatious rooms. Truly delicious kitchen to keep your tummy satisfied all day long. Breakfast buffet with extremely wide selection of the most delicious meals. Free ski-shuttle service, wellness area, fitness gym...this hotel offers a wide variety of services and activities, too many to name them all in this paragraph.

We would expect a separate hair shampoo and conditioner, not just a all-in-one shower gel. The toilet paper could be softer.

Some of the staff were miserable and rude like the cleaners and the man who gives you towels at the pool entrance needs to cheer up and be more polite

For so perfect hotel better coffee in hotel bar will be suitable.

- Huge breakfast buffet selection- Cleanliness - Nice smelling hair and body wash, lotion- Massages at the SPA- Tasty vegetarian options in the restaurant - Landscaping design and upkeep - Allows pets

- Very weak/not functional air conditioning in the room - Missing bathrobe- No wall art - relatively large room felt a bit spartan. - Cheap drugstore brand toiletries like soap and tissues in the bathroom felt out of place. - Power washing the deck during the peak hours, right next to the canopy beds.. it was impossible to relax, felt like on a building site. - No umbrellas/shade at the outside pool - Staff ( Room service/Spa reception ) spoke very little English.- old TV, no channels in English

This is an amazing hotel. Not a dull moment. The room was big and comfortable but the facilities were something out of this world. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi and even a bowling alley. The breakfast was magnificent with great many choices to choose from

We accidentally ordered one room in a building without a connecting corridor, the price was the same as for a room in a building connected to the main building... We wanted to live close to each other, they gave us such an opportunity at reception, but of course in that building with no connecting corridor.... Although hotel was definitely not full, in the sauna area there were warnings and instructions only in Polish, I would appreciate sauna sheets as it is in other wellness hotels, quite annoying gentleman at reception at the entrance to the poolsit was uncomfortable to hear creaking and movement from the room above our roomWhen leaving the hotel, they gave a small gift in the form of a snack, they did it for a couple of years, they don't do it anymore

Very good breakfast with variable selection.

The hotel itself is divided into several blocks and way to reach assigned room is quite challenging which confuses during first days of stay and might lead to danger in case of the worst case scenario of emergency e.g. fire and evacuation. Ground floor with reception hall is very noisy due to open space with bar and kid's playground near by (loud music). Parking slot is not assigned for certain room and each particular time search for parking space is required. Rooms are not cleaned properly and post check-in old rotten sandwich has been found under the bed. Bathroom was ok with very small bathtub, comfortable for person 150-160 cm tall. No bidet. Hotel SPA and recreational facilities always crowded and almost impossible to use without booking. Ultimately more disadvantages vs advantages and 4* hotel should meet higher standard and comfort.... so never again.

Logistic nightmare, with lack of parking spaces, lobby vibe like in a cheap Las Vegas hotel, miles of hallways, doors and stairs, old rooms and furniture.Food at the breakfast and in the restaurant was good and the staff was kind and friendly, yet the vibe at the breakfast hall was unpleasant and annoying.Never again.

The parking… our room (building 9) was over 400m away from the main building where the parking was. We had to drag the suitcases in the snow. We we offered norther parking at gate 3. Do not take it. It is much further than on the map provided at the reception. The hotel should improve this situation.Pool area was cold… both water and air

Well located resort, close to the nature, nice breakfast

The spa facilities are very poor. During our visit there were way too many people visiting the spa area, while there were roughly around 20 chairs and beds. It’s practically impossible to lay down, relax and rest. For such a huge a huge resort, the equipment and the spa was extremely poor and I didn’t enjoy it. The outdoor poor was fun and nice.Moreover, the room was poor, the bedding extremely old and there was even a stain on our blanket.

Very nice location and staff. I have a present from the hotel for my birthday, it was very pleasant, thank you very much! Very nice and varied buffet breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh. There are a lot of entertainments for kids, we have enough time for relaxation, while our kid was under supervision:)

Everything was ok - breakfast, pool, room and staff. It is very nice hotel located in beautiful nature.

The pizza in the Italian restaurant is not Italian pizza, it looks like fast food. Big variety of meat in the breakfast, and almost no fish (for those who don't eat meat)
