- The staff is super sympa, smiley, helpful, and patient if you need something. The breakfast is delicious. You've got a wide sort to eat, and it' s varied every morning. Rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. It's surrounded by shops, restaurants, fast food, souvenirs, etc. However the rooms are silent. Our dog did some damage in the room. But they didn't make us feel guilty. They've been kind, and we've been offered a very correct solution. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to. I absolutely recommend this place!

- I am not sure why, but my room was full of fruit flies. Like 50 of them. I'm not sure if this was just an unlucky pick or it's a hotel problem.

Great staff and location of the hotel. Best breakfast ever.
Need some upgrades here and there.
The room was efficient and the whole hotel seemed very well run.
Stairs are not a problem for me but I can see how many guests would have an issue. They have an elevator but there are still a bunch steps.
Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, changed every day. Fabulous staff, always ready to help. Walking distance to the city centre.

NAT*** was a standard hotel you could expect from a spa. Friendly receptionist.
The hotel did not receive my request for parking space. Friendly receptionist found space for my car anyway (thank you!)I was badly missing a refrigerator in the room.Breakfast could be better (I was missing fried eggs).
