This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. Bar is nice. Room was clean and comfy. Daily cleaning. I was leaving before breakfast start and it was ready at the time of my departure. Room was warm and views were nice. Spa is fabulous. Free wi fi. Big closet. Very clean rooms - including under beds. Parking available at site.
Didn't like is too hard to say. In the bar I would have preferred lights to be a bit dimmed in the evening. Chairs would need renewal in the breakfast area but it's not a deal breaker. Poor TV signal makes poor choice of channels. Lack of hair dryer in the room (possibly normal for a 3☆ hotel).
I spent several holidays as a kid in Ustroń piramids 30 years ago so it was a trip down memory lane. Still a fan of their modernist bold external design.View towards Czantoria always awesome, though trees have grown so much over these decades.
The same design internally proved to be difficult to update for maintaince and most of pyramids incl. Jaskółka are pretty dated with late 90s/early 2000s feel.Rooms and toilets are very tiny, wifi is rubbish, and there are no tea spoons in the room. In general pyramids are now resorts for pensioners, families on budget holidays and children summer camps. For solo travelers not ideal in my opinion.
