The only positive thing was the excellent cuisine, the bar and the staff working there.

Four day stay which was a complete disappointment. The rooms smell of mold, a constant smell from the sewers. The rooms are in the ground and the windows are at the sidewalk level. Already in the morning at 5.00 you are woken up by the cars of the staff coming to work

Good breakfast, free parking next to the hotel, kind and helpful personnel, wifi.

Very small room with "glass-room" toilet and shower (room "delluxe with king size bed"). The king-size bed was rather a normal size bed. Wellness section is rather modest, no rest place after sauna. A lot of loud people in sauna kind of ruined our attempt for relaxation. Loud music till midnight, occasional night-drifters in cars in late hours.

The surrounding nature is nice.

They didn't make up the room after the 1st night at all. You don't get a sheet or a towel for the SPA. One day the dinner was not been ready (even though we paid for it), so we had to ask for it. The beds are very low. The rooms are much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall, the reality is not as nice as in the pictures. The staff doesn't speak English or German.

Location is very good, near the main road, very clean rooms, stuff was helpful, spa and sauna are also very nice. I recommend.

Bed was a little too soft, otherwise everything perfect!

Tasty meals, cleanliness, SPA area, great value for money.

Lack of products in the bathroom, especially soap, which was not replenished.

There were a loud company in the terrace all the day and in the late evening, near our windows - it was the main problem.

It was a nice hotel, with nice amaenities, heated indoor pool, hot tub (wasn't hot) and sauna (also not hot) - it was middle of summer, but only about 15 deg outside, would've been nice to turn the stuff on. The bar was really nice, the location in the forest was great, a few creeks and rivers and paths to walk on were really beautiful and plenty of hiking to be done too.

The room was very dated, bathroom was a bit of a joke at this price point, no fridge in the room either and I saw that other rooms were nicer, so a bit of a shame we got stuck with the garbage room, despite paying almost EUR 100 a night. Also, there are alot of kids, although this didn't cause any major issues except when you're at the bar and they are all screaming and running around.

The Hotel is surrounded with trees and located in very quiet area. Internal and external polls are great. The view is relaxing and spacious. The breakfasts are excellent with wide choice of freshly prepared ingredience. All staff are very friendly and well managing any sort of guest needs. Room "comfort" was very well maintained with huge balcony.

Lack of ramp for baby carriages In the main entrance, lack of no smoking signs in the balconys.

- great breakfast - good wellness (would be nice add deck chair for relaxing)- polite staff- parking for free

- small bathroom (no hooks, toilet to closed to wall)- room need little upgrade.

Quiet. Friendly. Amenities basic. Had been colder for June so outdoor pool was freezing. Outside saunas were closed? Not many visitors. Must be more of a winter place?

Older facilities with not many upgrades

I called a week before to ask if they speak English, as my partner doesn’t speak Polish and she was staying on her own.

Delicious breakfast with great variety of food. Communal areas rather pleasant. Free parking. Lovely and quiet area. Free wifi

Water in the jacuzzi should be warmer. Sauna should be available longer during the day. Bathrooms need better ventilation - rather damp and smelly. Would be nice if sports was on the TvV subscription channels.

the place that surrounds the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. the rooms are cozy. the breakfast was excellent. the price for the night was perfect

the water temperature in jacuzzi was same as in the swimming pool

Nice view from balcoon. Delicious breakfast. Full up minibar at room.

The guest cannot be control of pulling out marquee at balcoon (for hidde chairs and table from rain). Not working ventilation fan in bathroom. The shelf in bathroom not stronghly mount. Bad the mattress. The whirlpool is cold and weak the jets.

The self service dinner was only till 18:30. I arrived later. I got some food anyway. So finally no problem.

Absolutely perfect food in the restaurant. Place neat and clean. Good waterpool, sauna. Smily personel.

The room was too small as for 3 guests. Next time wi'll need one room more)
