- Bathroom - small wash basin, rusted radiator, broken shower's sliding door, a gap between matraces on the bed. An Ukrainian couple was loudly fighting with their room door open at 4AM! Booking quests are charched 25 Zlotych a day for PARKING!
- Only way to reach the hotel is by car and then you're charged extra for parking. Nowhere else really to park. Hotel is dated (built in 1978 I believe) and it shows. Rooms have not been modernised. Room, and bathroom, were extremely small. Had a room overlooking the outdoor terrace which is nice but had drunk folks making noise till well after midnight. Pool man (lifeguard?) was a grumpy man who would come out to criticise the actions of guests often about a variety of things (especially those with children) who were doing nothing wrong.
- I couldns sleep at the hotel becouse there was a party downstairs on the premisses of the Bar. Poeple were very loud till amlost 3am. There was ablolutly no reaction from the stull. I would expect enforsment of quiet time after 22:00 but noone cared about other guests comfort, I will never return to the hotel that I cannot sleep in and noone cares about guests basic confort. All the towels we got were so old they were fraying on every end the hotel should be ashamed to give them to the guests.

The suite was much larger than we expected, the breakfast was much richer than the photo indicated. The pool, sauna, ping-pong, air-hockey, etc. were great. We ordered dinner from the menu in the hotel restaurant and it was always excellent. The views from the balconies were perfect too.

The couch was smell bad and it was used as the bed to sleep.The shower door was broken .The carpet was wet from the leak .
I was surprised by the overall stay in the hotel, very well prepared for visiting families with children- children's playroom, children's pool, children's outdoor playground, animation program for children every day of the week. The breakfast was really nice with a large selection. dinners can also be purchased. the overall feeling of the hotel was completed by a very pleasant staff.
