Hotel Belweder

A bit old dated design, but clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, good Internet connectikn, Nice swimming pool but not enough space around.

Water in the swimming pool is too cold to stay longer and too many people to have a swim. Steam room too small so over crowded, I would expect better swimming area as for 5* hotel based on the pictuers on booking, these pictures give you wrong idea. Also spa was fully booked, it should be mentioned on the booking app that you have to book spa in advance in this hotel! breakfast avrage, no fresh juices, poor selection of bread or eggs which usually are basic things in 4*+ hotels.

Very clean room. Exceptional taste of breakfasts and restaurant’s kitchen. Very friendly and professional check out receptionists. Parking spaces next to the hotel entrance. Panoramic view from the room balcony. Spa services booking flexibility. Play room for children very well equipped.

Lack of words such as please, thank you and a bit of friendliness while check in procedures. Few “professional” customers swear words noisy chat among their company inmates located on their balcony and the garden rest area at evening time.

A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

The weather

Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Restaurant has a good choice for dinner, prices for every budget, all we ordered was delicious and service was quick. Breakfast nice too with excellent choice. Appointments available at the spa, nice and professional service there too. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, everything was working and very clean. Nice childen play room. In general the hotel is very spacious and clean, with beautiful views from restaurant windows. One of the few places I would like to come back to!

The hotel is quite far from city centre and on the hill, walkable down to the city (approx 30 mins), but not sure how realistic might it be to walk back. Therefore a car is preferable especially in winter. My husband was attacked by a swimming pool attendant who assumed that he has washing himself in the swimming pool which was completely not true??? He was just trying to rub water on himself to help him enter because the water was a bit cooler than what we normally used to.

parking lot - I didn’t like it that I had to drive around up and down to find a spot. Maybe it’d be an improvement if one room had one designed parking spot?

The room was fine and clean

Not a 5 star hotel. I was expecting a better service. Staff not professional and not able to speak English . Food ok nothing particularly fine.

I appreciate the pleasure of the staff, the rich breakfast and the cleanliness of the wellness.

The room is very comfortable, easy to work there if you are on a business trip. Very nice Staff, great breakfast, and also evening dishes. Area is pretty quiet so there is a plenty of ways to rest and relax

I was surprised to see that breakfast time started quite late, perhaps Hotel can reconsider starting 6.30 or at least 7am

WiFi in our room was poor

Excellent comfortable and efficient hotel. Staff tried very hard to please and accommodate our wishes including arranging an early check in. Swimming pool area was excellent.

Breakfast choices were a little limited compared to other hotels of similar standard eg only cornflakes and coco balls for breakfast cereal. Bar closed at 10pm.

In the peak hours of morning and afternoon you will spend really a lot of time waiting for the elevators.

The facilities were nice and clean, location is great - you are surrounded by nature. There's also plenty of places to take your dog out if you travel with one.

Breakfast was good but a lot of important items were missing - no alternative to coffee, no alternative to milk, no muesli, yoghurts only sweet ones. So if you have dietary restrictions or you like light breakfast you won't be happy there.Also almost all spots were booked for treatments; for such a big hotel you would think they will have more than 1 masseuse .

Everything was fine, but without magic and delight.Very pleasant and polite staff.The most important thing is that the rooms are very clean, but the rooms are already a little tired and worn out. Pretty good pool and saunas. Normal restaurant with normal prices, breakfast is also ok, but also without enthusiasm.

Very slow elevators, you spend a lot of time waiting for them. Not a very convenient location, the hotel is at a height, and in order to go down to the city you need to walk decently along uncleaned roads.For young parents with strollers - on the way from the hotel to the city - there are a lot of paving stones and steps, so many - that they took a taxi back to the hotel.Cramped lobby, not everyone had enough space to sit there in the evening with a glass.

During check-in, the administrator did not warn me that there is an extra charge for staying with a dog. That was a small surprise for me during checking out)

1. Wine and Pringles were part of the minibar confusing customers locating them in central place of the room. it looked like a welcome pack for visitors. later on I read on the leaflet that wine and Pringles are part of minibar which means that 5 stars hotel does not have a welcome pack for customers what is more they could confusion with mini bar. For me personally it was a cheap catch that caused irritation and bad taste. I have never experienced anything like that in other hotels that I have visited. 2. Bad customer service from a lady at reception. Her attitude looked like she didn’t want to be there. After first interaction I was avoiding her and waited for young gentleman in glasses who was very professional and kind. 3. Apartment itself vas average without a welcome pack for customers. I have visited 3 stars hotels that looked better that this 5 star Belweder Hotel. 4. Vey uncomfortable sofa bed. Didn’t sleep well at all. 5. Nice thing was a baths with Jacuzzi. 6. I did not appreciate that at the and of our stay I had to pay son kind of environment bill. It wasn’t expensive but again it looked like a hidden cost leaving me irritated. That cost should be added to the price for stay. What I go on a holiday I want to rest and don’t want to search hidden costs.

Our stay at Hotel Belweder was fantastic. My family and I (with two children) received the greatest attention, with the staff very willing to help and very polite.The structure of the Hotel is complete, with beautiful rooms, common spaces, restaurants, etc.Thank you to everyone who made our days unforgettable.

I would just like to add that the kid's area could have a more welcoming space.

could not find info about pool working time, and info could we use room service. kids room was closed. in spa zone, lady didn’t speak English , so made wrong appointment for massage- in the end didn’t got it.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Amazing location and the view (4th floor). The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely polite, professional and very helpful (they were able to help me to find a nice beauty salon in Ustron and in the matter of a few hours to book an appointment for me). Wellness and SPA very nice facility and friendly staff. This is my first visit to this hotel and certainly not the last. I definitely recommend!

A good selection of food available for different tastes for breakfast. Always fresh fruits and healthy options available.

The gowns provided for use in the pool/spa were on the little size and I'm not large !
