Big rooms, good food, wonderful staff.

Price higher than expected

Hotel is quite fine, staff very friendly but....

.... Little bit expensive for this location (in comparison, more expensive than in Paris, Nice, Sevilla, Roma,...) And 1 additional point, breakfast. Clearly needs improvement for a "luxus" price. Something is not fitting between quality / services / location and price. Thanks that sk state is reimbursing 50% of the prices....

I have been at hotel Azul a few times already, and I can honestly say that it is the best place to stay in this part of Slovakia. Rooms are always spotless clean, and comfortable. You can also have something to eat at the hotel restaurant and trust me food is just just delicious - which is not very common. Very kind and helpful staff.

Everything was just great every time I have been there, and I am very demanding person who pays a lot of attention to details.

The WiFi in our room was very patchy to the point that we couldn’t use it and had to rely on our mobile phone network provider.

Very nice looking hotel. The staff waited for us as we were coming in after midnight. You have to come in from the back of the hotel at night through the buildings and park for free there.

They should let people know the reception is in the back between the buildings.

We've booked a superior room. Worth the extra cost.

It seemed like personnel wasn't used to having guests in the hotel. Impolite, kept us waiting, very often no one at the reception. No elevator in the hotel.

Room is clean and comfy, location is good

No lift, arrival by car is not well marked so we spent time looking for the entrance. Staff is polite but not flexible

Location is great for us. The rooms are always clean when we have stayed. Breakfast is nice

Car parking can be a little tight when busy

My rental car had flat tire, and the reception member helped everything to communicate with rental company and get replace of car. They are so kind. Also their restaurant was very good, there are brewery in hotel, so enjoy fresh local beer.

The overall room facilities and breakfast in AZUL is good.

If there will be more dishes provided in Minibar, it would be much better. For example, specially for Asian.

Part of hotel is Batak brewery restaurant and also hotel's own restaurant. They share kitchen but having slightly different menu and of course environment, buffet breakfast with good selection and quality (stayed 3 nights), location in town centre.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast and facility to park.

It was super relaxed ☺️, friendly personal, very good beers ? . I enjoyed the breakfast very much ?

The parking spot is too small.

Super friendly staff and lovely clean rooms. breakfast was great and pizza and beer also!

The only comment I would have that there is no lift to the rooms so a bit tricky for people with reduced mobility. If the lift was there, this hotel is perfect.

Very nice hotel with free parking. Staff very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious, very well equipped. There is a brewery restaurant next to the hotel, which also offers great meals. Delicious breakfast.

Staff was great, food excellent and location fantastic, near the town center, not that far from mum's place.

There is nothing to dislike. Me and my husband liked the room, people working there are most friendly and accommodating.
