PANORAMA HOTEL in Neustadt an der Weinstraße

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and accommodating.

We did notice mold in the shower on the upper ceiling in Room 324. Also, the water control for the shower has a slight drip when not in use. As a family room, it would be nice to have a small refrigerator and a hot water pot for coffee or tea.

On 6th floor , internet was and off and when connected as low 12mb( been in small village pension with better connection and speed) granted they were doing some construction and update, still for large hotel in large town). Could hear guest leaving early in the morning.

I was there with my family and it was very clean big room and comfortable the breakfast was rich and delicious ? ?

It’s close to where I needed to be, A/C worked fine.

It’s a literal construction place, there a wires everywhere. First room we checked in to had an actual hole in the wall leading to the hallway. Staff gave us a new room after we complained which was way better

My room was clean and I had a great view to the west of the Pfälzer Wald. The air conditioning is new and worked out fine. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and you can not beat the 8th floor view. I really enjoyed that feature. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I did get more street noise than anticipated, even though I was on the 5th floor. The air conditioning did provide me with "white noise" and that helped. They continue to install the new air conditioning on the fifth floor, but that will be completed soon.

Clean & bright, welcoming staff, easy to find on a main road, plenty of parking!

I liked the property and have no complaints.

The restaurant has fantastic view and the food was excellent; very fresh and very well cooked.

Clean, organized, spacious.

The rooms are large and clean, no frills but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights stay. The staff were friendly and the bar staff kindly sorted me out with something to eat even though their kitchen had closed.

A little further out from the main station and old town, but only a 15-20 min walk so not too bad.

The room was very big and had a sofa, writing table and small table and chairs as well as a very large bed and bathroom with shower. No aircon but a fan was provided.

No wardrobe in room and no coat hangers. Lacked a fridge for cold drinks which would have been useful given the heat of summer

The free upgrade to a comfort room.

The bar tender telling us that we could not sit outside because the chairs were already stacked up at 20:00 while the bar was advertised to be open until 23:00. How about taking 2 chairs down and serve us some drinks? We left!

The location and especially the view were very good.Many thanks to Muhammed at the receptionmade the reservation and helped us, especially when we arrived at the hotel in the evening.And many thanx and the next morning to reception a Macedonian gentleman whose name I cannot rememberThey are very helpful.I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

It seems like the lift needs some maintenance.

An excellent hotel in very good condition. Comfortable bed,hot shower.Easy to communicate with Reception who spoke good English. Plenty of parking. Easy walking distance to the historic centre, shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices on the eighth floor with fabulous views.

Nothing to dislike

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The room was too warm and the location meant it was too loud to open the window. People coming down from the restaurant / bar early in the morning 12.30am, 2am.....were very noisy. The new laminat flooring is very loud when walked on especially at 5am in the morning from the room above.

Nice Hotel a bit outdated but okay. Vieuw should be nice but didn't notice because i arrived and left in darkness. Restaurant in top of the building is okay, not much visitors during my stay. Food was okay, friendly staff. I visited this hotel out off season; I guess there will be more dynamic in summer / spring.
