Location was pretty good. It seemed to be clean. Gave the customer the control over when the room would be cleaned. It was quiet.

Looked very old fashioned. Slightly depressing.

The location and the staff wer very good.

Everytime we took a shower the floor of the bathroom got flooded. The double bed was in fact 2 single matresses put together on the bed. It could be more comfortable.

Breakfast is OK, having different varieties of food. Room size, bed and pillow quality is good and room cleanliness is maintained in well manner. Location of this hotel is the best part, very close to train station and walking distance from city centre.

It’s close to the train station. Spacing-wise it was a good family room with one small living room/sleeping sofa, and one big bedroom. One toilet + one bathroom.

The hotel and the rooms are very old and worn-down, not fresh at all, and part of our room were really filthy. The armchair had lots of stains and under the beds it was not cleaned. Old wall-to-wall carpets. Also the WiFi didn’t work on our room as it seemed to be too far from the reception.

Location. Cross the road and you are in the old town.

Tatty room.Beds and mattresses from ikea, it would seem. Smell of old carpet - probably because they haven't changed it since the smoking ban came in to force.Worst of all was the attitude of the guy in charge of the breakfast room, which means that we will never book with this company again. He clearly doesn't understand the difference between 'a guest' and 'an economic unit'.We couldn't get out of the place quickly enough.

Together with a friend, we decided to spend a weekend in Neustadt to relax and do some hiking across the neighboring wineyards. Achat seemed a nice hotel, properly located close to the station and with a fair cost. We got slightly worried about the subptimal average review score (less than 8) but we decided to give it a try. The staying was amazing! The staff was nice and welcoming. We decided to get breakfast as well for 10 € and we enjoyed the very furnished buffet with fruits, yogurt. bacon, eggs, cheese, and many other delicacies. We did not try the Sauna available for free at the place, but everything else was amazing.

I thought how people could rate this hotel poorly. I guess the only reason may be that the structure and the rooms are not new and, apart from the nice modern bar, maybe the hotel may seem a bit old style. Yet, I think that for a 3 stars hotel and for 50 € per night each or as couple, it's a very nice deal!

Close to the railway station so it was easy to get around. Good underground parking and cheap

Breakfast was good (but still- a room advertised as a suite with such noise and no WiFi is a rip off…)Receptionist was very nice and tried her best (but too many people for her to deal with on her own)

Large room but unfortunately the large balcony window did not seal so we had the noisy street and the ice skating rink music across the street basically in our room…Also, the WiFi did not work at all on the Saturday of our arrival and there was no staff to answer the phone or fix it (I had to go down to the reception to actually speak to someone…).Also the next day (Sunday) the WiFi could not be brought up to speed and the functionality was very limited.

The only staff members worth mentioning in this hotel are the technician who tried his best to help us and the polite bartender. That's where the positives end.

?‍♂️ The problems began right from check-in. We arrived around 7 PM to check in, with standard check-in time being 3 PM, and we were told that our room wasn't ready and we needed to wait. Seriously? Fortunately, we suggested they give us another room because they couldn't figure that out themselves. ?‍♂️ Our sole requirement was working Wi-Fi for my wife's work. The Wi-Fi in our room was practically non-functional. When we reported this, instead of changing our room, they sent a technician who failed to fix it. We asked to change rooms, but they lied about having no vacancies despite the hotel being half-empty. What followed was a ridiculous ordeal: my wife spent two hours running between multiple rooms, checking Wi-Fi that didn't work, only to be given another key to try. They had lied about occupancy and wasted our time instead of the staff handling this themselves. After my wife's tears and two wasted hours, we finally got a room change. ?‍♂️ The room lacked air conditioning, and the provided fan was broken. ?‍♂️ We requested cleaning only for our last day, but they showed up at 6:00 PM, just before our checkout, rendering it pointless. To top it off, they entered without knocking, completely disregarding our privacy. ?‍♂️ Last, we decided to check out a day early as our flight turned out to be a day earlier, so we asked about a refund for leaving a day early. The administrator confidently assured us it would be handled at check-out. But on departure day, we got a different story - suddenly, they needed to consult a manager who wouldn't be available for two days, conveniently after we'd left the country. Another blatant lie. I demanded they look into it and left all my contact details. Did anyone bother to get back to me? Of course not. This level of deception and disregard for guests is simply disgusting.

Our stay at achat hotel was very nice great location friendly staff and an exceptional breakfast very friendly bar staff and a great setting sitting in courtyard having a beer great value

Parking was too limited. Tiny garage, no spots. 3rd bed in suite was very uncomfortable couch. Way too hot as suites are in attic with no AC

Excellent location.

Room ventilation not enough. Not suitable to stay during summer as no Aircon and also the small fan provided is not working properly. We had to keep the windows open but lots of noise from the main road ( as our room was on the road side).
