Very welcoming and helpful staff; surprisingly good restaurant with interesting mix of food option; super nice abundant breakfast.
Very comfortable, good atmosphere, perceptions like home, free parking at the backyard.Nothing is complicated if you arrive late and the reception is already closed. So, next to the door of the hotel there are small safe for storring the keys. Just help yourself but it is required to know a code from email.
Friendly, accommodating, hard-working staff. Big parking lot in the back. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! We had a great stay.
Plenty space, bath with jacuzzi

Great location for train travellers - just opposite the train station! Very close to the downtown - just 8-10 min. walk.
Room design of 90´s?
restaurant and staff were great. room was good size. staff helped us get a 7 passenger taxi to Waldsassen basilica.
no AC (or ineffective). bed overly firm, horrible pillows (extremely flat and hard).
nice brekfastgreat beernice positiongreat parking lot
sink in the room...??
The efforts the employees of the hotel used to talk to me in English, the breakfast was excellent and the price is very good. Dankeschön !
The breakfast was GREAT, really very good, even as a vegan you will have good options for fruits, oats, bread, veggies, nuts and seeds, no soy milk though. Their restaurant can also offer vegan dishes for lunch and dinner upon request. The room was clean, very warm and had good internet. I recommend you ask for a smaller single room on the 3rd floor if you need a desk to work as most rooms don't have desks! It has a nice view too. Convenient right next to the train station.
Most rooms are dark and do not have a desk to work! So if you are on a work trip it might be difficult. As other reviews mentioned, the staff is not very friendly at all and not trying to be helpful when needed.
