Just ok, house keeping was non existent and food overpriced, but the restaurant staff are great!

The elevator needs to be fixed and the restaurant should be open during the day for basic meals. Nothing to eat between 9h30 and 12h00 as the kitchen is closed.

Large room, clean

Bed was small, i'm 180cm and my feet were hanging over the edge.Shower was broken, one of the handheld ones, but the wall-holder was loose, so it sprayed water only into the wall.Rude staff, I forgot to pay the parking and they sent multiple threatening messages on the same day. I paid the next day of course, however they were very hostile for a seemingly minor topic?The breakfast for 18euros was also very disappointing, just cold meat and bread, and a make your own waffle, with an automatic coffee machine. Far better options in the local bakeries.12 euro for parking in a village outside the centre also seems very overpriced.

The room was spacious and comfortable. And the restaurant was very nice and served good food.

Cleanliness can be improved, it's definitely not bad, but a bit more would make it perfect. One example that requires attention would be the ventilation grille in the bathroom. Though again, it's not really an issue.

The property is a nice and clean hotel. The staff is really kind and welcoming.

The only thing that needs to be put is a hotel slipper in every room.

1. I asked for a quiet room when booking. But I got room 255 whose door open to the open space above the lobby. Very noisy. I was told the hotel was full and I couldn't change the room;2. Too far from Dusseldolf, not very convenient. It takes 1.5 hours by bus 746 and train S28.

Breakfast was really good, my kids loved it a lot. However, dinner was not so smooth, waiting time was a bit too long and there was no communication between the restaurant and the front office. I had to pay again during checkout for dinner I had paid the previous day because there was no record of my payment.

Adequate communication during handover to the next shift. I would suggest an instant update or automate customer's bill as services are being rendered.

just lovely, such a nice hotel and great location for a quiet break, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, so glad we upgraded for a park view as it was stunning, we did sit for a couple of hours with a drink taking in the view, the restaurant was great and the food was superb

The room and bed were comfortable with all the normal amenities. The staff was quite nice and even helped us by lending us a wall plug for our USB chargers. Breakfast was OK with a reasonable range of options, including a waffle-making machine. The coffee wasn't great but it was about the same level as most hotel self-serve coffee machines.

There was a wedding celebration in the ground floor which went on until 3 AM. We simply could not believe that a hotel - a place where people go to sleep - would permit a literal disco party with EXTREMELY loud music to go on until 3 o'clock in the morning. We could hear the music, people cheering and shouting, and even the rooms were vibrating with the bass of the speakers. It was impossible to sleep until the party was over. We complained to reception, but they couldn't move us to a room away from the party because the hotel was fully booked. Really awful experience for someone who was hoping to have some rest ahead of a long drive the next day.

Everything was new, clean, well maintained. Cool restaurant with very nice and helpful staff. Easy and spacious parking. In fact, the hotel looks much better than photos on booking.com tell.

Breakfast and dinner are a bit pricey for the area. But the quality and variety are high and compensate.

Room is clean & modern. Surroundings are beautiful & quiet.

Breakfast was lacking compared to what was offered a few years ago (mushrooms & other veggies) I waited 30 minutes for staff to refill emptied containers (eggs, bacon, other) to complete my breakfast but gave up after it didn't happen.
