Outdated, bedding, no coffee/tea kettle in the room, no A/C, no robes

very clean rooms, comfortable for couples (there is a window between the shower and bedroom so not sure if it will be comfortable for friends), the garden is very beautiful, the staff very kind, relaxation rooms are very cozy, you can easily fall asleep there. The SPA was with very nice atmospere

since it is a SPA hotel, there could've been more choices for the SPA facilities for which you shouldn't book a specific spot - there are 3 saunas (with different degrees) and one quite small pool, there could've been one steam room instead of one of the saunas for example. Of course they also have massages and therapies - but you can enjoy these if there is a free spot and usually should be booked upfront.

To answer logically to your question, I would to take the opportunity to highlight I am a recent Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate and when it comes to analyse and qualify a business entity, I am in a good position to do that. And my experience includes hospitality industry. My observations were that you excel in everything. For example, Customer Services Management is defined according to marketing theory, on the principles of three factors: that includes physical evidence, personnel interactions with customers, and perceived product quality. And the basis of these underlying customer expectations, not only your organisation provide outstanding quality operational performance but your exceed customer expectations. Throughout of my journee back to Ireland, I have not stopped thinking about everything you do in that hotel.

No part of your operational structures doesn't meet the perceived expectations. I liked the variety and display of breakfast that give customers the freedom to choose.

This place was AAAAAAMMMAAAAAAAAAZZZING ,I loved every part of it, my favourite was the resturant pond of water with fountains and fish. It was gorgeous.The breakfast was exceptional, variety of ingredients to pick from and a lot of options. The rooms were big and comfortable, the aesthetic of the rooms were very beautiful, I loved my stay here.

To be honest nothing at all, I enjoyed my stay to the fullest and it if I will come back I will chose this place over and over again.

Staff friendly, room nice, parking good, food simple but tasty, location v good and a petrol station +cafe opposite the hotel

Bed could have done with a few more pillows but main negative was lack of kettle + tea + coffee in the room. A small comfort but makes a huge difference to a hotel stay. Please take note of this request as I am sure many would agree.

No massage and Spa program when I was there!

We stayed with our dog. He was very welcome in the hotel and even got his own bed and bowls in the room.

I’ve been surprised by the looks of all areas, design, bar, reception, spa, rooms spacious and clean. Must say wasn’t biggest fan of an open shower, otherwise 5 stars!

Clean rooms, nice locality and beautiful outdoor setup

One of the ladies serving breakfast buffet asked us to go to the other side of the dining area though there were few tables available on her side. She even gave a table to one other family who came in after us. When one of the ladies cleaning the tables on the other side brought us to her side, this lady spoke to her and made the cleaning lady serve us, though she was not a waitress. Finally we understood that she just didnt want to serve us. Her racism killed the good mood on the first day of our vacation. Next day, we directly went to the other side.

Restaurant was superb. Well managed all the facilities.

We went there for our anniversary but nothing was surprising us. That’s a bit disappointing.

Undercover motorcycle parking at no extra cost. Good choice of beers. Good value bar menu as well as restaurant menu. Good choice at breakfast. Comfortable, modern room with tilt and turn window. Attractive outdoor sitting area around a water feature. Very clean and well maintained. Staff spoke good English.

We couldn't work out how the room heating/air con worked and there were no instructions. It was a long walk from our room to the reception, dining room and bar.
