- Spacious room with modern and new furniture
- Calm, nice hotel with spacious modern rooms. Very clean and the staff is really nice, especially Alan, who gave us a lot of info during the night.Fun fact: lits of famous football teams stay here during matches and tournaments, chances are you meet some famous players during your stay :)
Cons -
- When we entered the room the first time, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. After airing, it seemed to come out of the bathroom. During the night, we left the windows open, and again, in the morning, the bathroom smelled of smoke. The second day, it was the same. Perhaps the ventilation went past a smoking area? It's not too bad yet, but the mattress could do replacing. They start to sag.The food in the breakfast area was excellent, but the hotel guests had to sit at long tables like school children was not pleasant at all.
- The restaurant was closed
- The location is a bit distant, taxi to Dortmund is around 40 euros, 25 minute drive to the center.

Big room, good WiFi, quiet Location. Free Parking
The room was large and very clean and the breakfast was included in the price of the stay and was fabulous.
Very good
Breakfast starts at 7 and wasn´t ready - it could be a good idea to start 6.30 for the business travellers
The room was very spacious, nice design, clean and pleasant. A big desk to work on with computer. Plenty of room for clothes and shoes. You can check-in starting from 2PM, which is nice. The hotel is located in a small town. It was now very quiet area probably only in wintertime, while summer will be full of sportsmen around. Outside parking is free of charge. There are two outside parking places, on both sides of the building.
Nothing to say.
Big modern rooms
No coffee, I need to leave around 6 am. I asked it any chance to drink coffee. Some lady told me I need to wait to 7am. Breakfast is included in price. I don't understand why I need to wait to 7
Spacious clean quiet room and very comfortable bed
All great
spacy, big spacy room with balkony, room very well designed, reception upon very late evening check-in very friendly and helpfull
Reception lady upon check-out very unfriendly with seemingly no basic education and no sense for customer orientation!!!Breakfast nothing special and choice limited, large cantine style self-service.
second stay in this hotel, great locations, quiet place and spacious room. Sure I will come again.
Room was large and superb with a separate toilet from the main bathroom. Lovely quiet hotel which we liked.
Disappointed there were no tea and coffee in the rooms which we missed
comfortable beds, easy and fast check in, spacious apartment, big parking lots, ..
the weather...?
Clean, tidy, quiet. Great service at the reception!
breakfast not very rich but good in taste.
Staff, breakfast, very clean.
NA
Unit was spacious..clean..well equipped and modern. Liked separate toilet. Breakfast was reasonable. Good that parking was available
The receptionist on our arrival was rude not helpful at all and we felt unwelcomed!! On leaving I made a complaint. Also there was no staff on at the actual hotel..had to check in and out at the sports centre.
Excellent hotel with great breakfast
Not very good food. All the rest was very good
