no cook present for evening dinner, too much involvement of the receptionist in our actions, pets are overly expensive (more expensive than our price for the night), in addition unnecessary parking costs, lights in the room did not work properly and made the room too dim, the windows to the front of the building were not well insulated

Nice location just by the motorway. Nice and spacious room, good shower.

Parking costs 15€, in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast is also a rip-off. The aircon was dripping on the floor - judging from the state of the ceiling, for a long time.

Clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

We checked in late, the staff were very friendly. The room was warm and clean and the bed was comfortable.

You have to pay for the parking at a machine outside, you can't pay it as part of your invoice.

We are reptiles breeders and we stay for a event, they know it and now they charge 15€ per box, and don’t have any information before for we choose another hotel. We just see when enter at the reception. Very decepcionant atitude! Dont Back to this hotel ! They day that allow Pets and when you arrive you need pay extra tax! Dont stay if you are reptile breeder!

Good location close to the highway. Generally rooms are fine.

There was too much noise. From room next to me, from cleaning time early morning. Breakfast was too expensive.

The room was fine, the man on the desk on arrival was great.

The room smelt of Urine, we arrived early hours of the morning so didn’t mention it till next day, we had put the sign up for the room to be serviced when we left very early hoping that would help with the smell but came back to an unserviced room, we went down to the reception but Monika on the desk appeared not to understand our language.

The hotel looks nice and modern.

Unfortunately, when you travel with a pet, you will be given room with urine stains on the carpet. On top of that you have to pay €15 for a dog (which I think is fine) but additional €15 for a car park is just ridiculous and hard to justify.

I love the place, awesome restaurant and room. Staff are very polite.

The Rooms and Location are very good.I must also say that the Dinner was very good and the service was also good. One of the evenings the Bar as closed but they still got me a drink.

I was there for four nights, the the glasses and cups were not washed. When I complained I was told that once I was there for more than one night they only wash the cups once. My reply was then next time I will check in and out every day.The Heating in the room did not work I phoned the reception they immediately came up to check, and he told me that later on in the day or tomorrow morning it would be fixed, he gave me a small electric heather till the problem was solved. It was never fixed. When checking out I mentioned it once again and I was told that at present the heating was off.I was in Room 239 and the WiFi was very weak, thank god I had my own.

I changed my plan but the 2nd night couldn’t be canceled. It’s so bad to pay double cost for one nig

There’s wrong address in apple map cause me to spend a lot of time to find the hotel in the rainy night with luggage’s.
