The fact that the breakfast was announced at a certain price on booking.com (but I could not select it as an option on the app, so I could only ask for it at the property) but then the price at the property was higher than announced, which is frustrating

The room looks like a place from 80s or a hostel from horror movies.Moister, mold, jamb of the door in bathroom was destroyed by moister.

It is a very convenient hotel if you are traveling by car a lot. Breakfast was good and some of the staff are really nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable, on the smaller size but big enough for a short trip. Dinner was good.

Staff speaks very limited English and all menus are in French only. I should probably learn French.

Well located right off the highway, and directly next to an Olympic swimming pool and trail towards a castle.

Comfortable hotel just off the autoroute so very easy to find. Good free carparking.

The room was comfortable, clean and ideal for my requirements. The parking was close to the hotel and shielded from the road quite well, so gave a feeling of being quite secure.The drinks were pretty expensive at 8 to 9 euros and there was a little fluctuation in prices within our group of 17 people. Also a couple of points of confusion with regard to the evening meal and prices, but the meal itself was of decent quality after a long day on the bikes.

Some confusion over drinks and meal prices but I don't believe that was intentional. I was also disappointed to find that when i mentioned us eating at the restaurant, it came as a great surprise to the staff on duty. I had pre-arranged the meal at point of booking via messages o the hotel, so communication was obviously not great, as the staff should have been aware.

Need Air conditioning to be working specially when it’s heat wave or warm weather.

Comfy bed, nice smelling shower gels, free parking on site and the staff was friendly.

Not that clean and the airco was not so strong.

The hotel room was airconditioned, with high ceilings, nice and clean. Bathroom was comfortable, nice modern lights. Beds were comfortable, there was a coffee maker and also spa slippers for the guests. The breakfast was good, nice palette of coffee variations offer. The receptionist young guy was very kind and supportive. The hotel is ideal for a one night stop on the long way home from family holidays.

The toilet flushing was working only party. But working :-) And there was no plug in the tub so although there was a bath, only shower was possible.

Just few hours stays as very late arrival and early departure.  Nice and warm welcome at reception....

....The room however and unfortunate has not been prepared or checked carefully before arrival. Cushions thrown over the bed, curtain half open, room walls and bathroom ceiling full of crane flies and mosquitos....the worse to be found in the bin which has not been emptied....So unfortunately the general feeling about the stay was spoiled. Have not tried breakfast or any other hotel service.

The hotel fulfilled exactly what we expected from it, it is an ideal place to spend the night during a longer trip. Clean, modernly equipped, varied breakfast.

Maybe better quality of ingredients at breakfast. The breakfast is varied, but the eggs were like powder and the bacon and sausages were of low-cost quality. Unnecessary savings.

The shower was nice and the mattress was soft without lumps. The breakfast was excellent, lots of local products and very tasty.

The ventilation was a bit loud and the door to the toilet jammed a little.

Nothing to highlight.

Spacious room.

Cleanliness, toilet was dirty at the bottom of the pot on the outside.

Sent up to room to find they were not ready for us. Dirty linen still in room. Hotel smelt of mold and was tired looking. Used cigarettes and dirty ash tray left on tables outside. Sheets did not fit beds and no matress protectors on beds. Hygiene/cleanliness was lacking.

The hotel is great for a stop over , but not a holiday destination.

Good stop off for a road trip. Clean room , easy parking, friendly staff. Good brrakfast

For some reason the restaurant was closed despite quite a few guests staying which meant we had to venture out into the town in search of an evening meal.
