M Hotel

I was charged twice on my credit card.Although I contacted customer support by message, I did not receive a response for several days. After sending a follow-up message, the refund was eventually processed.However, there was no apology regarding the issue, and I also received a phone call late at night, which I found inconvenient.I hope the customer support process will be improved in the future.

Staff was very nice and professional / Rooms are very clean and spacey / Breakfast was just amazing!! / dinner was more then delicious. If we need to be near that hotel again we will definitely book again the hotel!

Location is nice, you can go to nice places in the neighborhood

The parking at the hotel is not free of charge. The staff explained we can park 10 min from the hotel free of charge, which was very helpful from them. However for a late return the place was very dark for two lady’s.

The receptionist ( i never asked her name) was really helpfull and welcoming

The ventilation wasnt cold enough and the shower drain clogs up and looks like theres alot of things in it

We have stayed at the M Hotel on many occasions and loved it! However, upon arriving at the hotel (admittedly it was late) but by husband and child got turned away saying that they couldn’t accommodate them?!!They had to find somewhere else (I think The Ecru put them up)? I’m still waiting for a refund! X

Beautiful location Friendly and Helpful Staff Lovely Room

Needed a kettle in the room And as we were there for 3 days we had to let them know if we wanted the room to be cleaned with a clean me sign which was missing from the room and tea/coffee refills/toilet rolls that sort of thing which was a little inconvenient

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and apologetic when they couldn’t fix problems with the room. The public areas were beautiful and relaxing. Location very good with easy access to restaurants and cafés in the shopping centre plus a supermarket. Room was comfortable. Restaurant meals were superb. Only coffee making machines in the room, I don’t drink coffee however we asked for kettles for both rooms and were given them straight away which we were very grateful for.

The fridge didn’t work in our room. This was awkward as I needed to store insulin in it. Reported it to reception, they tried to sort it but I was told the hotel was full and all other ‘spare’ fridges were broken. I was offered the use of the reception fridge but didn’t want to leave my medication that far away. Toilet door had the close mechanism removed and door damaged then painted over. The door couldn’t be shut. This was reported. On departure we were charged for drinks we hadn’t had but that got sorted. We booked 2 rooms, the second room had no problems.

Breakfast time. Not really enough staff on to clear tables and hot food slow to be replenished.But great breakfast apart from that.Could not get to sleep easily as room warm and was far to hot under duvet.

Nice hotel downtown with Molenvijverparc in the backyard.Molenvijverparc is nice for a walk and is surrounded by sculptures of sundials. This parc is also used for wedding photography.M-hotel is situated right besides center shopping area. So, ideal for a day visit, short stay or long stay.The reception welcomed me with a glass of bubbles because of the New Year. So sweet!The rooms are clean and tidy.The food in the restaurant is delicious. The theme of the restaurant was: Jungle. Go wild, for a while.My menu: grilled stuffed squid, grilled seabass, bimi asparagus|ricotta (side dish) and ginger tea. Yum.?Service was really friendly.Next door you will find restaurant The Molen grill and in the center area are enoughoptions to explore the area.It is paid parking at the hotel but the receptionist shares with you a spot nearby for free parking. It is a short walk through the parc back to the hotel.

Nice big room, huge bed.

It was no kettle in a bedroom, it was just coffee machine for those that drink only tea it was a problem

Room looks amazing, hotel just across a park with a lake as well as a shopping centre. Restaurant serves good looking and delicious food. Staff is friendly

The shower had a lot of limescale. And also, the showerhead was a bit broken, the water came out from the side too, and at night it would start dripping regularly without any reason, so I woke up often.

Great location, room was a good size and the view of the lake. Rooms had some nice tile work.

Elevators and hallways were a little tired. The room could do with a good clean, layers of dust that don't build up overnight, dirty floor, extractor vents thick with built-up dust, sink plug hole brown. TV had very limited channels, and half wouldn't tune properly, and some of the lights didn't work. Feels like the hotel is due for a good deep clean and some fresh paint.

The many little details which could make the hotel even better... Only one elevator working, dirty carpet in elavator, food and drinks in the hallway... It are all zasily remedied and szrvice related items.

I liked the general attitude of the hotel staff, professional. Relaxation around the lake, central location, nice breakfast.. I really like staying here.

We travelled for work and booked a large room as we had suitcases and needed space to re organise. I’d say the room was bigger than expected. Staff was very helpful and made the stay so much better than a usual hotel stay. Location was great for our needs and I’d happily stay here again.

Could have been a bit warmer but there was a plug in fan heater provided, so really not a big deal for us.

The rooms were ok, nothing special

They lost a package of mine which was definitely delivered to the hotel by UPS but miraculously got lost. and double charged me!

Location Parking

Was dirty everywhere Breakfast buffet was poor and stallThe staff wanted to be in a different job and a different life. They sure didn’t have any interest in their current position.
