Hotel Ecu

Hotel is located in the city center at the first floor.We've stayed in room 511 which was a very spacious room. Bathroom was very small though.Elevator can hold up to 4 people, but 2 when you're carrying luggage.Breakfast was good, but on the corner of the street is a bakery which serves excellent breakfasts as well (and cheaper).

The lobby doesn't really invite you to stay which is no problem because the bars and restaurants are really close by.

Location was good

The room was very dirty, clearly not been cleaned properly, stains on the head board, large stains/drips on the glass bathroom door, dirty light switches, stained curtains, the list goes on. Would be a great hotel if cleaned well.

The staff were great as we checked in late. Managed to get a beer as well. The room was clean and comfortable,

Limited parking with a height restriction. We only just got through with the SUV.

We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

The location was right in the centre of town .

The shower was very hot, I was unable to turn the temperature down. Impossible to shower!

The room is fine and clean. Also it had good parking place.

They charged me two times with different prices! I realized this when I checked my internet banking. I tried to contacted them, but unfortunetly the lady who took the phone didnt speak english well. I tried to solve with booking.com, and later they informend me that they WILL return me back the money.But, i am waiting for 1.5 month, and nothing arrive in my account. I wrote them, no one reply.Wondering why do i use their services ??

Excellent value for money, big clean room, nice staff, breakfast was fine, free parking. Great location near the centre.
