Easy to find, very friendly service

A bit of a mission to for a smoke at night, but that's modern life. Just mentioning it or this would be empty

Good location, near the restaurants and the central station of Heerlen. Room and bathroom are okay. Breakfast is good. The shower is okay too.

Access to the hotel was terrible. There's no information indicating that guests should go to the restaurant next door to enter the hotel and then to the reception, which is on the first floor of the restaurant itself. The bed is uncomfortable. The mattress is very soft. The room is so dark and has no soundproofing.

Although the hotel is centre centre in the city the room i had was at the back and pretty calm and quite. Staff on the spot seriously friendly and the breakfast although with standard assortiment came across as prepared with care. Thanj you for the stay.

Beforehand there was a bit pushy email communication that it was a requirement of the law to fill in thier website formular with personal information before arrival although it took 5 minutes on the spot. A minor thing.

It’s in the heart of the city and easy reach to everything. Quirky rooms. Good details.

The room smelt of sewage. Looked for staff. Couldn’t find anyone. Most people work in the restaurant and don’t do the hotel side. And too cold to open a window. Crap shower too!

breakfast was fine. the location is very very noisy. Even ear plugs did not help. Last time I looked on my clock it was 2.40 am - not great with appointment early next day. Because of the location I cancelled the night of 31/12/25 with the hotel

The staff who work at the breakfast room. They don’t smile . We feel we are strangers , not comfortable with their treatment

For me all was fine

Central location, easy walking distance from the train station and to the theatre. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. Good breakfast.

The elevator is only in operation during reception hours or restaurant opening hours. The stairs are very steep and narrow. The room was very warm.

I like breakfast the most....staff is really helpful....great location !

More light in room would be more perfect !

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had booked two rooms, but the check-in time was as late as 15:00 eventhough i requested early check in but declined for no reason even there was free rooms, which felt very inconvenient. The overall quality of the hotel was not as good as expected.In addition, there was a blonde man with glasses who seemed to work both at the reception and sometimes as a waiter in the restaurant. He spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way, which was completely unprofessional.To make matters worse, my friend had serious breathing problems due to issues with the air ventilation, and we even had to call an ambulance for him.Overall, it was a very bad experience, a waste of money, and definitely a place I would never visit again!!!!!!

bed was super comfy, pretty spacious twin room. Attractive decoration. decent bathroom, great location, excellent staff. Nice restaurant/bar downstairs

If you have mobility issues you will struggle to get in after they close the restaurant (where the lift is). Its steep stairs all the way after midnight. no fridge

Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect for what we wanted.

-Near to Heerlen station and good location -They change towels and clean bathroom every day -No separation between bathroom and toilet! -Room was comfy just the interior colour is quite dark it feels like jungle vibes but still nice!

Convenient location in city Center close to all amenities. Room was larger than usual in EU and had a portable air conditioner.

all the basics were covered. Glad that the room had 2 fans for the summer heat. TV worked well and could watch stations from all over the Netherlands. plus English and French news channels.
