Nice service, kind people, very helpful!

Would be nice if you can ask for a egg prepared the way you want, for example an omelette. Now only scrambled eggs available.

This hotel is wonderful in every way. The staff showed thoughtful consideration and were extremely kind. The upgraded room was spacious, had a lovely atmosphere, and was very quiet. The restaurant served delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner. We stayed here to send our kids to ski lessons at SnowWorld. It's very close, just a 10-minute drive. We'd love to come back again.

We travelled to see friends and the hotel was only five minutes from their apartment, we received an immediate upgrade on arrival which added to the really enjoyable stay and the room facilities were excellent

There was nothing to dislike

Our second stay was a total knockout. Perfect location for the event center, but the real star is the staff. They accommodated our two boys and pets effortlessly. Incredible room service, pristine rooms, and a team that actually cares about your experience. We’ll be back for round three next year.

The only con was having to convince the kids, the wife and pets that it was actually time to go home. We would have happily moved in, see you next time.

During check-in, I was surprised by the attitude of one staff member (Bjorn) , which made me feel quite unwelcome. When I asked whether my booking included breakfast, the response was not very friendly.Unfortunately, our luggage was delayed for three days, so we requested basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. As this is a 4-star hotel, I expected a basic set to be provided complimentary, but instead we were charged €9 for a simple toothbrush set, which felt unreasonable.Aside from this experience, everything else was good. Other staff members were polite and friendly, always smiling. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for five people. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience and handling of basic amenities could be improved.

During our 8-night stay, we noticed a clear inconsistency in the housekeeping service. It felt as though there were two different housekeeping teams.On the first two days, the room was only lightly tidied. Beds were made very roughly, and the rubbish left outside our door was not collected. In the following days, a different cleaner serviced our room, and the cleaning was very thorough and well done. However, during the last two days of our stay, the standard dropped again and the cleaning returned to the very basic level.On one occasion, I specifically informed Bjorn that we needed the room to be properly cleaned, the bedsheets for my youngest child’s bed to be changed, and the rubbish outside the door to be removed. He said he would inform housekeeping, but when we returned to the hotel that evening, the bedsheets had not been changed, the rubbish was still there, and the bed had only been roughly made.I am not sure whether this was a communication issue or a housekeeping issue, but the inconsistency was disappointing and could be improved.

The room is big, clean and new, the bed is quite big and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

Plenty of free parking, large room with sauna, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Great place!

Good hotel, nice staff. Great with little kids; very clean and comfortable. Short drive to Valkenburg and away from the hustle/ bustle. Good breakfast too.

A bit pricey - but could be justified, as it was busy season.

Friendly staff, very spacious rooms( we booked this extra large room ) , we even had a Sauna in our room which was great . They put shower for our baby and changing mat, which was nice additions. Beds were very comfortable,too.

Superb hotel with good breakfast and nice staff. Everything new and fresh.

Although it is slightly out-of-town, next door is the most prefect restaurant I've seen in years. And busses to the centre leave every 10 minutes in front.

Clean. Spacious superior suite

Overcharged and staff could have cared less. Just ignored my concerns. Could hear guests in room above us walking around, flushing toilet and even showering. Location was not convenient. Train station was 30 euro cab ride. Nothing close to this hotel.

All good great hotel

I stay there for three nights. The room bed is good and breakfast is good too. I also had dinner in its restaurant which is wonderful.

On 2nd and 3rd Jul, air conditioner at my room was out of service. That is very uncomfortable for these two hot night. I ask for the front desk to fix this problem at 18:00 3rd July, but the workers took 4 more hours to be done.Overall, I cannot imagine this kind of situation happened in summer at the 4 Stars hotel. The front desk do not say anything to this case which is also an upset feeling.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, room was beautiful, views were stunning. Immaculate. Fantastic shower… also the shampoo made my hair extremely soft! Loved this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from beginning to end.

We booked room only for 1 night (€477) as we were going to a concert and leaving early. The next morning we considered grabbing a quick breakfast but at €19.50 a head (x4) for a basic continental breakfast, we decided against.

I forgot to turn off the engine when I parked and checked into the hotel! Later that night, the hotel staff messaged me to let me know that a security team member noticed my car was still running with the lights on. They kindly turned off the engine and informed me. When I saw the message the next morning and went to check the car, everything was perfectly fine. Nothing was missing or damaged. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their help!Also, I loved the sauna in the room. Good idea!
