Nice location, clean and comfortable. Really good price to quality ratio! Overall stay was really good, staff was really friendly and helpful.No nasty stains or smell and the bed was made up nicely for us.

Shower temperature kept changing when showering and only one side of the bed had a power outlet.Parking at the front of the building was really nice only at the back looked like a mess.We stayed during the winter and it was really hot in the room, we turned the radiators off and slept with the windows open.

Super friendly stuff met me, very helpful with all my questions. Easy to find. Great location for both: explore area and travel by car. Clean room and bathroom.

As there was no lounge guests spent time together in the car park, which was just outside of the windows. Lots of noise and smoke.

We stayed for one night because it was on the way to our roadtrip. Room was okay. Don’t expect anything fancy. Exactly like the pictures so surprises here. the staff was friendly and it was in a quiet area.

Check in and out were easy and fast. Maybe a bit too easy. No verification needed. The backdoor was fully open in the evening and morning. The wifi is clearly on the door. So it feels like anyone can access the rooms. The walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the next room. Breakfast seems a bit expensive for whats offered.

Great budget hotel when travelling for work. Very basic but clean and comfortable. Very good pricing. The only disappointment was breakfast: terrible food, low quality and very limited choice. I suggest to avoid and have breakfast outside.

Extremely clean, well kept small hotel. Though the reception is on up to 22.00 h the girl there was very nice and speaks a very good English. My room was spaciousd, normally furnished and equipped without any lavish. Bathrooms are exquisit - very spacious and well equipped and very clean. There is enough parking space - if not in front - at the back side. Breakfast is also very good - no unneeded stupid assortments - a few but essential, fresh and very tasty choices for every taste and type of having breakfast. Beds are comfortableq pillows and quilt are exquisite - a german trade mark in all german hotels! Location is veru quiet and calm. The place is disability friendly by structure and management.

Really nothing to mention, except that if you cannot make it with registration up to 22.00 h - I do not know what happens... We were under tight schedule on our day of arrival and - thanks God - the flights, renting the car and everything went smooth and we made it up to 21.00 - but there were some feasable risks that we might have not managed - and this is a bit stressful and frustrating.

There is no proper maintenance and also whole night it was noisy from the adjacent rooms. Also, it’s far from city almost 7kms and no nearby good restaurants.

This hotel offers exactly what it promises. A quiet and comfortable room with no useless amenities or extras, just a stay, if you need a bed for the night because you have to do something in the neighborhood - and all this for a very favourable amount. The breakfast was good, nothing special, but you can fill up your belly for the day. Everything is clean and simple, no fuzz. The windows are indeed soundproof, no noise comes in from the street. We stayed two nights, and were there by car, and thus we could explore Aachen which is a few minutes drive from the small town where this hotel is. (Eschweiler.)

The beds and pillows are like everywhere in Germany, they are way too soft. Your back hurts in the morning and the pillow does not hold your head. But as I said, this is nothing extraordinary, as I have found each and every German hotel the same. It seems to me that the Germans themselves like it like this. So if you suffer from rheuma, artrosis, hernia and similar, take your own pillow with yourself and your painkillers.

Pretty clean. First room we had was huge!

The bed was actually way too small for 2 grown ups. The breakfast was okay but too expensive for what you get.Not enough parking lots.

The is rather comfortable

There is no answer for the messages, the room smells like an ashtray, the shower is moldy, and overall its not that clean. Two men tried to open the door but we locked it from inside. When i opened the door and asked about garbage, well nobody took the garbage when we were away from the room anyway. Its not the best place to stay

Easy stay for 1 night due to travelling. We had good sleep, breakfast is simple but very reasonable and we had a good start of the day.

The hotel has the best price/performance ratio. The location is close to the motorway and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small but clean and coyz. Breakfast costs only 9.00 Euros/Person and the quality of breakfast and the selection fullfilled our needs.

The rooms on the street side are a bit noisy. The queen size bed is too small/ too narrow for 2 people. There is no elevator, so they are less suitable for elderly or people with walking handicap. Furthermore there is only few parking space. If you arrive in the evening you will not get the parking slot anymore. Unfortunately the reception hours is 11:00 - 22:00 so the problem could not be solved immediately. During our stay around 23:00 hrs. 1 person ( one hotel guest or who else) made truble with knock on the closed Hotel"s door loudly and woke up all of the guests.

Bedding was clean and staff were friendly.

The bathroom floor was very dirty and there was lots of bugs on the walls and floor that ran into a hole in the corner of the bathroom. The shower door wouldn’t close and was literally just hanging on. Probably quite dangerous.

The worst nightmare ever

We arrived relatively in time around 8PM ish.The room was okayish, even if the quality was not the best. No Internet, no TV were working.Someone listed to his working one very loud that another quest was returning with hitting the wall. But anyway, somehow weamaged to fall asleep and here comes the horror.After midnight a man stepped into our room. Needless to say adrenaline level was over the roof. It turned out that their system granted access twice to the same room. My wife was extremely nervous couldn't sleep a minute after it.Wrote message to the hotel, no answer at all!!! Can you believe that? I escalated this to booking.com whom came back to me but they got no answer from them either.This is a terrible Hotel! Should you have any issue you can expect nothing.

At 10:20 PM, when the staff is gone, the hotel is completely dark, there is no light and self-check-in is very difficult, basically blindly. Our room did not resemble the one in the photos - the offer was large, bright, with a nice bathroom with a window, but I received a dark hole IN THE BASEMENT, without ventilation, with a window partially underground, which could not be left open at night, the room was very stuffy, damp and smelly, many pieces of equipment were damaged, the floors were dirty. Most of the food was missing at breakfast, there were empty trays and jugs and there was no service to replenish the shortages. The hotel takes advantage of the fact that more rooms are better and those few worse ones do not affect the rating much, but it is dishonest practice. Worse rooms should be clearly marked in the offer, otherwise you never know where you will end up, especially if you arrive late.
