Parking available on site for no additional cost. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great location, close to Brussels, Waterloo, little over an hour to Pairi Daiza... comfy beds, always hot water.

Breakfast was ok but nothing outstanding, warm items were a bit dry, the selection wasn't great. Bathroom had a bathtub instead of a shower and very low water pressure, which made it kinda hard to use. Room could have been a bit cleaner but no big issues.

Helpful staff and front desk, great breakfast, good value.

The most uncomfortable pillows and bed I’ve ever slept in. Noise isolation between the room and the corridor was very poor. The breakfast doesn’t worth the money.

Room 101 has a bath tub which is lose so dangerous to shower in, you feel it moving when showering. I used to frequently visit but no more from now. If they keep giving you that room you know they do not like frequent guests.

Good parking facilities, secure. Location was easy accessible from the main roads. Accommodations where basic but convenient with breakfast and dinner available. Dinner had good options for a fair price.

Room and breakfast where a bit expensive for what was offered I think. Room was clean but very basic. Toilets in the general area (lobby) a little dirty and the lock seemed broken.

Not a very glamorous place as the hotel is located in the middle of an indsutrial area, on the outskirts of Wavre.Not far from city centre and the motorway, anyway you will need a car.The room was OK in spite of a hard mattress and noisy ventilation.I had dinner in the restaurant an I dare say it could have been better.To sum up things, the hotel is good for one night or two if you are on business, but perhaps not more.

Arrived at midnight as announced. Room 16 I was given was not prepared. The room was unfitted to take new guest. They gave me a new room; Number 4 that was for handicapped people. Bed was really narrow, lights switches were not where used to be in a normal room. At breakfast, the main coffee machine was not working, no hot chocolate as I expected. Price was just OK given location and hour, but if felt a bid short of expectations.

Room was clean, comfy bed.

Shower head could not be attached as a holder was missing. Thermostat to put on the heating in the room was broken.

Good facility for reasonable price

Wifi was slow and internet was not getting connected easily.

There was a very helpful English speaking young woman in reception. We had trouble with our television set; first she tried to fix the problem then moved us to another room. The parking is good. It was easy to walk to the local supermarket. The hotel is in a quiet area.

There need to be more hooks for towels in the bathroom.

staff check in was very pleasant and quick. room was good enough for the one night required stay. good location not far from the destination of my visit (Walibi Belgium) plenty of parking. felt safe and secure.

very easy to drive past if not familiar as signage is obscured by the tree but not a big issue.

Room temperature control function is very poor. In addition, the hot water in the shower was lukewarm and the amount was small. The blanket is thin.

The staff was always helpful and went out of their way to get us what we wanted.

The only twin bed rooms they told us were available were on the bottom street level, and we were 2 women. They also have the same rooms with connecting doors and no way for us to bolt lock them! The looked easily opened with a credit card from the other connecting room. They did move us to a twin bed room without the connecting door - few!

The room for 4 was big. Enough space for all of us.

Its located in a industrial zone, if you dont have car. Its hard to move. Restaurants are in the city center 7min by car.In our room the walls were dirty as well the windows
