The room is ok, but it was not clean, the sheets had stain,curtain with blood kind of stain, they gave us a room in the basement.

better rooms, a clean bathroom, and sheets with no stain, and clean curtains.

Huge open air parking, nice green surroundings, quick check in and out, very clean. Part of the team was really nice. Pet friendly, our dog could stay with us (but extra charges applied).

Room key card glitched twice; staff was helpful but it is annoying (card was not stored with keys or magnetic elements). No shampoo, just a multipurpose soap. Unfurnished balcony and only 1 real chair indoors. TV not casting compatible.

Good and ample parking. Hotel easy to find. Clean room good food. Up to expected standard.

The location of the hotel is ideal. There is a forest at the back and lots of walkways within trees. The hotel was clean, the rooms were a bit small, though. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Within walking distance, you will be at the centre of the village with lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was quite good, and the omelette was very tasty, as well as the pastries. The restaurant is small, but the food was very good.

Perhaps there could be a chair at the balcony to enjoy your food with the view. The menu in the restaurant was very limited, but the burger was very tasty.

Great breakfast. Functional room. Nice bar and facilities. Superb parking space. Great location in louvain la neuve.

Ok fitness, not really a gym, more likely a cardio zone. However only infrasauna and that sucks.

The property had entertainment areas, a great restaurant bar with a fireplace, and fantastic breakfast.

Small room. No hot water - After a cold day I wanted to take a hot shower but the water was colder than me!Trash in the bathroom from previous guests.No soundproofing between rooms, you hear practically everything from the neighbors.

We asked for a baby cot before our booking and when we got there, the reception told us they give the last one out and then end up getting one off someone who worked there but not a manager thought you were lazy to give one out for our newborn baby

I thought the staff were very pushy when we ordered food and wasn’t very helpful when we needed assistance plus the breakfast was a complete shambles a buffet with no food had to wait 30 minutes for scrambled eggs

The location is good for a sports event in Blocry

The sound isolation of my room was very bad. I could hear the water of the neighbors shower running...

Rooms are not clean and in very poor condition, you can hear everything what’s happening next door (toilet, sneezing, tanking walking…)

Rooms are quite noisy and the beds are really old and not comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great choice. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station

It is one of the few hotels to stay in Lovain-la-Neuve. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice as well as the general services provided by the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and in a perfect order.

The main issue with this hotel is the costs which are very high due to the fact that there is no concurrence in Louvain-la-Neuve (very few other hotels). I definitively believe that the costs and room rate should be lowered.

I found more than one spider in the room.

Big and cozy room, perfect for a family. The hotel location is nice, sourrounded by a park and quite close the centre. Good continental breakfast, although not much varied. The hotel bar was very welcoming, with an appealing fireplace in the middle.

The separation between the toilet and the bathroom is quite weird for not belgian travellers, though it’s not a big issue in the end.

Nice grounds, clean and comfortable rooms nice breakfast.

Small, cramped lift..

It was quiet surrounded by greenery and away from the road. The evening meal in the restaurant was OK.

Room was far too small and cramped. Front desk staff were snooty. Room key cards only worked intermittently.
