The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a small and intimate feel.

Great location and friendly staff on check in and check out. Room was warm and cozy and very spacious. The breakfast was out standing. The Dark fresh bread with sunflower seeds toasted with butter &jelly is amazing. We would stay here again.

Great hotel for WW 2 fans of Bastogne and the Battle of the Bulge. Around the corner is the 101st Airborne museum, too. A must see.Great breakfast is included and the owners who manage the place are outstanding people.

Best place to stay in Bastogne. New renovations are great. The Mexican restaurant was excellent.

The location is great. Just a few steps away from the centrum. I enjoyed the entrance with the Christmassy vibe. The staff could speak English and pointed out key locations in the centrum. The room was spacious and the bed was big and very comfy. I Loved the view out of the window.I also loved the lights in the room. Non direct lights, perfect for turning it on in the middle of the night.

Maybe it was me, but the room was a bit hot and I didn't find a way to turn down the heating. I opened the window and from that moment on, I was happy.

Perfect location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking. Room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast area felt like a little cafe. This is a very nice boutique style hotel.

Really happy with this hotel! We stayed in the luxury suite and everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub and shower were amazing. Breakfast was great and access to the coffee machine downstairs was 24/7. The location is safe with lots of free parking and close to downtown with a short walk. I liked that it was close enough but off the main strip making it quieter. We were skeptical about the Mexican restaurant but it turned out to be amazing food!

Would not use the guest bathrooms downstairs in the lobby- super small and probably only good for kids.

After traveling Europe for a month, we stopped in Bastogne for one night. The beds in Hotel Melba were SO comfortable! The room was well appointed and the temperature was just right. The breakfast was exceptional as well. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee; it seemed a little weak to me. The location was perfect for walking to dinner and for walking to several historic sites right there in town.

Beds were just a sheet on a twin mattresses. Not very comfortable there.

Only portable air conditioning and was very hot in the room.

Perfect location, big room, parking

The shower is a joke. No chance to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. Also not possible to hang the hose to the wall.
