Service was friendly, room was very clean

wish it had air conditioning but understand it is normally not necessary

The location was excellent in the heart of the downtown area. Walking distance to museums with many restaurants and shops nearby. There is a public parking lot nearby that seemed to be a paid lot but I couldn't figure out how to pay. I asked a waiter and they said it is free so that was confusing. The view wasn't bad but wasn't good. The rooms were comfortable. Checkin/checkout was easy.

Communication on parking would have been helpful. The breakfast (croissant, meat, cheese, yogurt, juices, and cereal) was OK but there wasn't enough seating for all of the guests. There was no one there resupplying the breakfast area so we had to go searching for bowls, silverware, cereal, etc... There are many restaurants in the area but they are all quite expensive. This isn't the hotels fault but travelers should be aware. If you leave the city center you might find more affordable options.

Great location with parking pretty close. Breakfast was very minimal but good. There was cereal, meat, cheese, yogurt and fruit options.

No shower in bathroom, just a tub with sprayer that the hose was too short to stand up with. Almost inexcusable, needs to be updated.

Great Hotel in Bastogne . Parking for Motorbikes in secure garage opposite.

Parking a little expensive as charged 3 bikes at same rate as car per bike but we only used 1 car space (all other hotels on trip were either free or only charged us for 1 space ) . But this is minor point and was our choice to pay as we could have left on street , so no complaints, just observation.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The shower worked amazing, and the breakfast was very good.

Staff were super helpful. Room was great and the breakfast was nice. Parking was a choice of on the street (that was full) or use the parking lot only a minute walk (that's what we did). The location was great, easy to walk to a great choice of restaurants.

Room was modern and clean. Contactless key pick up was good. Large size rooms.

There was a weird smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Not sure what it was but it started after the shower was used. Street noise was LOUD if you faced the road.

10 +++ / A+++ stay. Great smooth check-in and very helpful man that checked me in. Nice large clean room. Great location to walk to all downtown city center. Parking about 1/2 block away in the city public parking. Great hot water and great Wifi. Room # 11 in the rear was very quiet and great for sleeping. Ok breakfast, but it was fine. Daniel - USA

The hotel is in a great position. Parking was easy. The man at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and the facilities were good.

The electronic blind shutter did not work which meant light came in to the room from around 5 in the morning when the workers in the kitchen opposite arrived for work.

Warm welcome, good to have secure parking for a small fee and great location at the top of the town centre

Sadly the bathroom was a little bit smelly from the drains, room a little dated and shower screen dirty. Overall a bit dated.

A centrally located hotel. Great parking. Good communication with the owner. Good breakfast.

The owner met us when we arrived and was very accommodating to our needs. He was very friendly and humorous in his introductions. The location was great being on the square of Bastogne. It was super.

It was late when we arrived and parking was limited. We had a 8 passenger van and what spaces were open were to small for our van. We did find a space where we could park. I'm sure that if we arrived earlier we would not of had this problem.
