Pros +
- Room was amazing, staff were friendly and talkative and food was so good.
- Breakfast was great. Lots of options.
- It was really handy for Ypres. A small hotel with a function hall. There was a wedding on when we were there but there was no noise in our room. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful
Cons -
- The pillows. They were soft. I prefer hard pillows. Maybe they can add a hard pillow as an option.
- A road in the village was closed and our sat nav sent us round some very narrow country roads before we found the hotel. It could have been more clearly signed from the road as the access road was small
- The only thing I hadn't realised from booking.com was that the restaurant was only open on Sunday lunchtimes, so I had to head out to Ypres in the car for an evening meal, which I wasn't quite expecting, otherwise everything was really good.

The room was really comfortable with lovely quiet air-conditioning and a really nice view across the garden. Breakfast was really excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and lots of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful and the welcome was warm and friendly.

Lovely gardens. Parking facilities. Nice breakfast.
Shame it doesn't have a restaurant for an evening meal It would be lovely to sit in the garden and eat/drink.
Breakfast was excellent. The well maintained gardens are lovely.
The dead mouse on the path leading to the hotel entrance. There was an unpleasant odour in the bedroom.
Immaculate, lovely garden, lovely staff.
Room was immaculate but very small
Beautiful village and grounds surrounding this very tastefully and well appointed hotel.Rooms are modern, fresh and clean, with a very comfortable bed and crackin bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style, with really good options.
Very well maintained, the gardens were lovely & well looked after. Bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and beds were particularly comfortable. Dining area was well laid out, decor was nice. 10 minute drive to Ypres, which is where we were going for sight seeing so that was nice. The lady working there (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was very pleasant and made us welcome.
The only thing that I’d mention is more of a cooked breakfast option would be nice, although the breakfast supplied was still sufficient & nicely laid on.
Convenient for Ypres. Good breakfast. Our room wasn’t ready so we were upgraded which was lovely.
The hotel is amazing and we will definitely be back. There wasn't much to fault, a stunning location with beautifully set gardens on the outskirts of Leper. The staff were lovely, and very very helpful. We made an error and thought we had booked the Sunday night, the hotel is closed but they let us stay and came in especially for us to do breakfast. The owner was super friendly. The room was fantastic and the beds and pillows were really comfortable, I slept very well. The hotel is quiet even with other guests. We want to come back in the summer and see the gardens in full bloom.
Room and bed were very comfortable, and the spa bath was lovely. Breakfast was delicious but with only an overnight stay we didn't have a main meal in the restaurant. There was an EV charging point in the nearby car park.
We couldn't work the temperature control for the room, and it was slightly too cold.
Owner very Pleasantand made our stay excellent. We would be happy to recommend this hotel. All so great parking.
We were fine with everything. But you would need to have a car to stay there.
Parking. Comfortable.
Room not as clean as expected. Floor needed hoovering. The room looked unfinished, when discussed with reception I was informed that was intensional. Looked like previous fittings removers from wall and holes, damage to wall left. Also looked like May have had leak, damp stains on ceiling. Too far out of town,
Good setup with parking in a quiet area, had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Well located to Ypres making it a convenient location.
Could have done with a minibar
Excellent breakfast
I misread the specs and assumed as there was a restaurant onsite we could have an evening meal here
Lovely place and location.Breakfast was very nice Air conditioner was nice to have in the room
We arrived on Sunday evening. But they do not provide meals on a Sunday. Luckily we found a restaurant nearby
Very nice small hotel. Excellent abd friendly staff. Not too far from town but you would need transport.
Restaurant was closed due to a wedding.
The hotel looked stunning, loved the garden. The bath spa in the room and all its facilities and staff were lovely.
Hotel Restaurant sadly was closed and there lacked open Restaurants in area between brunch and late dinner times.
Comfortable bed in spacious room.
There are signs around the hotel that suggest “restaurant”, but the restaurant is only available to wedding parties. You will need to venture out for dinner, with lack of restaurants around. Breakfast was delicious.
