Ariane Hotel

The friendliness of the staff was superb. Exceptional service.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Got the feeling they have taken customer service seminars and actually applied what was learned! The feeling of the hotel is history presentation.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Lovely staff, well kept, very comfortable room, great breakfast, easy private parking. Interesting exhibit in lobby of WW I items.

We stayed for one night passing through Ypres. The Ariane was excellent. A very friendly and efficient welcome; comfortable clean room; good wifi.We wanted to stay somewhere close to Ypres centre with car parking and this suited us perfectly. The centre of town for restaurants, museums etc is 10 minutes' walk.Overall a great stay, thank you.

Wonderful facility. Rooms very comfortable and had a regular hair dryer instead of a wall hair dryer that just blows warm air. Very nice restaurant on site, free parking. Good location.

A fantastic modern hotel with a wonderful restaurant in the loveliest garden! Hotel staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are well-appointed, and the location is excellent - less than five minutes from the historic main plaza in Ypres with the shops, restaurants and In Flanders Field Museum. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant in the garden and the lights and pond make it a magical setting for an incredible meal. We returned to the garden for breakfast the next morning and it was also excellent with an abundance of options. We can't wait to return to beautiful Belgium and this fantastic hotel!

Bath/shower a bit awkward. 3rd (top) floor rooms probably hot in summer...no obvious aircon. Gardens need a haircut!

We were on a trip to visiwt the WW1 Sites - this hotel with it's own mini-museum was perfect.

Very courteous, efficient and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. Nice outside dining area. Large parking lot. Central location. I seldom rate hotels as a 10, but for my group and I, the Ariane excelled in all counts!

Location so close to centre of Ypres, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff,light bright spaces in all parts of the hotel. A bonus was the WW1 displays, setting the scene for visits to the war related sites.

The hotel is exceptionally well designed, both from an aesthetic perspective and a functional one. Everything had been thought through with a view to comfort and ease for guests.

One tiny issue did strike me. We need warm plates for the self- served, cooked portions of the breakfast. That way, when the delicious omelettes/ scrambled eggs etc. are speedily delivered to our tables, the rest of our breakfast will still be warm.
