Hotel Ibis Budget Fecamp

Had 3 people, no room to put suitcases, had to open them in front of the door. Very small fir 3 people. Poor lighting in room, dark. Nice view of a stream, quiet location. Staff and location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Just enogh for sleep and go.

Small room, dark color reception! bad choice for cloudy north of France! basic breakfast.

Price for value, breakfast included was very good as well as personnel in breakfast

hotel to far out of town centre, breakfast dinner room far to small for number of guests, have been charged twice after numerous phone calls , sending bank invoice details, problem still NOT resolved

Shame the water dispenser was out of order.

This is a nice cosy hotel accepting dogs.

Unlike other hotels we visited, they do not supply bed/blanked or food/water bowl for the dog; but the dog supplement was also minimal (5€).The room does not have a hair dryer. You need to go to reception during the opening hours and borrow one.

The hotel is situated far from the center but you can walk there it takes apx.25 min. The beds are comfortable.

They charged us twice, still no refund!There was no one at the reception and we had to check in ourselves using a computer. The only way to gain access was to pay again.

Self check in except from 4pm to 9pm. I got there before 4pm and was able to park my bicycle in my room. Another cyclist showed up after 4pm and had to park his bicycle outside. After the lobby was closed he moved his bike indoors before the rain. Ibis accommodates bicycle but not this one. This Ibis is the same as all the others. You know what you are getting. Breakfast was the same as others except no soft boiled eggs. They had all the other items.

Fécamp as a town felt a little sketchy. No restaurants close by. There was a vegetable and break market across the street.

The bed; extremely comfortable. The shower reasonably forceful.

Hanging space for clothes consisted of two scaffolding bars at right angles to the wall at foot of the bed and positioned at shoulder/head height. My bruised shoulder is testament to its inconsiderate positioning. Room too small for a cupboard or wardrobe but bars could have been positioned elsewhere.No bedside table/nightstand or even small shelf space for personal items (book/watch/specs); bedside lamps ineffective & 2 out of 3 spot lights in room not working.I know it's Ibis Budget but it makes me want to steer well clear of Ibis in future.

They lost our booking and managed to cram extra beds into twin rooms to make it work. Staff unhelpful and breakfast was chaos. Like something out of a charles dickens story

Very nice breakfast and convenient parking. The staff were very helpful when I had trouble checking in on the automated system in the lobby.
