The location, friendliness of the staff and continental breakfast was ok.

The bathroom was small, not like in the pictures.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location as it was close to harbour, beach and a number of good restaurants. Continental Breakfast was good value for money.

Shower rooms were a little small and you need to be careful not to flood the floor

No car park, although parking was quite easy on the road outside.

It's on a busy main road, so quite noisy at night if you have a room at the front. Shower gel and shampoo supplied in sachets (very outmoded) and the bathroom sink was tiny, impossible to get your head over the bowl when cleaning your teeth. Shower, excellent and spacious however.

Owners were very welcoming, the hotel is clean and nice decorated, and we loved our room. Entrance to our room was from a cute inner courtyard and we loved everything about our room. A really nice place to stay and it was an easy walk to the beach and promenade.

This is a wonderful little hotel. It's right in the heart of Fecamp and full of character, beautifully decorated in maritime style. Everywhere is a walk away and there's plenty of free onstreet parking if you get there early evening. My room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed and lovely view from my third floor room out to sea - and it wasn't noisy. The staff were friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant just around the corner (Le Rex). Breakfast was ample, tasty and good value for money. Great little place and I'd be very happy to stay there again.

Not a complaint, more an observation. There isn't a lift and the stairs are a bit narrow. I didn't mind but people with mobility issues should be aware. Sure the staff will help with bags.

That's a great place to stay, very nice and newly renovated with a cosy entrance and inner garden, friendly owners and great location just 5 mins work from the city center and port and 5-10 mins work from the beach. Strongly recommend!

Location was good, easy access to amenities and restaurants, easy to find, modern and functional rooms, shower particularly good. We decided to stay an extra night so it must have been good! Staff were excellent and allowed us to sit in the internal outside atrium to have an even picnic and drinks as there was no bar in the hotel. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Very good value for money.

Nothing really, it’s a budget hotel and you get get value for money.

Very griendly staff, rooms were newly refurbished with taste and functionality (large shower, very practical bathroom, bed lighting with USB port and plug next to bed, good breakfast in a charming room. Note free parking in Fécant and close to hotel

As a minor improvement, the owner could consider eliminating cheese slices individually wrapped in plastic film. All the rest was good

We booked two rooms one double and one family, the double was very good but the family room outdone all expectations it was fabulous unbelievably good valueThe hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the buffet breakfast the next morning was excellent also Good location short walk to seafront and Benedictine Monastery

There was no parking however not really a problem as lots of on street parking available
