The room/suite was clean and lovely, staff members were professional, and love the modern looking facility. The restaurant next door was a plus. Lots of parking as well. Over all, my spouse and I enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.
Nothing at this time.
Great service minded receptionists. Very good breakfast with ready to order egg dishes included. Large room with nice bathroom.
Coffee machine in breakfast room is not up to the overall level of the premise. Bathroom floor is very slippery and could be dangerous to less sportive people.
We booked two regular rooms (queen-sized bed) for 2 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were a good size for a couple or an adult with two kids and were clean – no complaints there.
Food:We didn’t get to try breakfast – once because we slept in, and the second time due to an early check-out request from staff. We did try the Bush restaurant. It was average for us. I ordered the Texas Burger with fries (medium), but the meat came out dry and the mayo was too heavy for my taste. My little cousin’s Bolognese was plain, and she didn’t enjoy it. If you’re not particular about food, it might be fine, but if you care about flavour, I’d suggest eating elsewhere.Staff:Our interaction with staff was the most disappointing part of the stay. One staff member followed us to our room and called twice at 7 am on our check-out day to ask how many people were staying. After my aunt raised a concern at the reception, our stay was ended early. This left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel (*to a Black family)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Staff approach and guest relations could have been more respectful and professional, which would have improved our overall experience. Some interactions made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during our stay. A warmer and more considerate attitude towards guests would have made a big difference.
The breakfast was excellent, as always. That, and the hotel's excellent location for onward travel, is reason enough to book. The staff were also helpful.
We stayed in a room in the newer part of the hotel, where the bed was against the corner of the room. Impossible to get in and out of on that side. On advice of staff we cancelled the room we had booked for our return journey and booked a "Comfort Room" instead. You'd think marketing might have realised calling one type of room "comfort" shows the others are "uncomfortable". So, take care when booking.
The place is very clean and well-organized. The staff are friendly and welcoming, smiling warmly. They even brightened up the check-in with a pleasant joke. It felt genuinely human.
The hotel is very nice from inside and its very clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good! The family room was big enough and comfortable!
We did not stay for long but only an overnight transit but must say the staff were Friendly and helpful.the place was clean
This is the second time we have stopped over at this hotel on our way to Germany by car. The staff are very friendly, and unfortunately the on-site restaurant was closed for refurbishment on the weekend we traveled but they recommended a number of local restaurants which worked out really well for us. On the previous occasion the on-site restaurant had been very good with a wide variety of choices.Breakfast was an extensive continental style buffet with fruit, cheeses etc. and eggs/omelettes cooked to order by a member of staff, all very good. The rooms are modern and quirky but comfortable and have everything you would expect, even down to variable colour lighting for the shower enclosure. If you are into Belgian beer there are 2 breweries nearby
The design of the room means one side of the double bed is against the wall, not a problem for us but could be a consideration for some travelers.
Everything was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good
The pillows to lumpy and hard
Very easy to find, just off the motorway. Satnav took us straight there. Easy to park our camping car. Very pleasant chap on the desk, he watched us park! We were in a Queen Anne bed, which was up against the wall. I went on the inside. However, I still found the bed really easy to get in and out of. A handy step to step down on to the floor. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Slept right through, purely down to the comfort. Would go again just for that alone. The room is very trendy, it has a modern shower that it actually in the room, not in the bathroom. It has a great fan heater in the bathroom, which clears any condensation very quickly, and keeps the room nice and warm. Much nicer than the extractor fans in other hotels and those strange infrared bulbs. The TV was a marvel, I was able to log into Disney Plus and Netflix on my own account. You don't get that very often.
Was breakfast a bit expensive? We didn't stop for it, and had already had dinner before we arrived. So don't really know about the food.
The breakfast was great. Super close to the highway for road trips. Spacious family room
The front desk team was lovely! very helpful. Room was spacious and immaculate, and breakfast options were terrific!
Cleanliness of the bathroom and room was good, except for the bed sheets. Breakfast and selection were good. The friendliness of the staff is highly commendable.
Long (around 20 cm) and very short black hairs on the white bedsheet that can't be mine. Sad, as the bedsheet itself was very clean. No possibility to enter the WiFi code or access the internet. Reception provided no solution throughout the entire stay.
Great location, amicable staff, good breakfast, and good value for the money.
Everything was good about this hotel. I should have rated 10 out of 10 but I have given 9 because I was expecting to enjoy their delicious dinners that guests mentioned in a review. It was not the case this time as the hotel explained their chef was not around during the Christmas holidays. That was the only downside of not having dinner at the hotel.
The hotel staffs were polite and helpful whenever we needed help.
The family room is very spacious, tidy and comfortable.
Very spacious room, clean and very comfortable beds.
