Le New Matinal

The location was very good, the hotel is very close to La Louvière Centré. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, and I enjoyed speaking with them. The bar is very reasonably priced, and I liked the general atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean; the bathroom was well stocked; the bed was comfortable, and there was enough space for everything inside the room. Overall, a very pleasant hotel, at a very good price. If I'm in the area again, I would always choose to stay here.

Because it's summer, the lack of air conditioning is something that needs to be reconsidered.

WiFi code given did not match any available networks and very high (so uncoverable) skylight window had no blind meaning we were awake at 5:30 with the break of day.

the location is amazing! in the middle of the city and close to all the places of interest. we went for a concert and the theatre was in walking distance. the bonus was the italian restaurant next to it with the best pizza ever. the check-in and check-out personel was very polite and kind.

regretably the behaviour of the cleaning lady: at 11:05 she knocked the door saying that 11 was the check out and when we asked for five-ten minutes to prepared our check out she complained in poor french showing her watch that she wanted to go to her house and people like us are not allowing her. Her behaviour was very rude and in a hotel like this that you compromise a lot such as the noise of the street, the unconfortable beds, this behaviour was not necessary. however I have to admit the check-in and check-out personel was very kind and very polite.

I got bedbug’s bites and there’s no option to have hot water. Just washer with cold water

It was in the centre of the town so shops were at walking distances that made it easy to buy food and other needed items.

We waited for about 30mins.before the receptionist came.to give us a room even after showing them the booking number and the payment, and where we had to wait was de bar with too much noise.We had to take the long stairs to the 3rd floor because there was no lift or elevator. The room was too dusty when we entered ?. The room was very too small for a family. We could not sleep at night.the room was too warm and had not ventilators nor airco, and when you open the windows the noise from the bar and outside is so loud like being in a nightclub. And this noise continues until about 2am at dawn. The only good thing there was supermarkets and other shops are very close at walking distances.

Nice family hotel right on the town square and easily accessible with free parking all around the city square with great atmosphere. The personel is warm and really welcoming and will gobeyond standard service to meet your needs and make your stay comfortable. The rooms are really clean and tidy. No uncomfortable smells.

Room was comfortable and clean, a bit small but to be expected.

Water timer in the shower was a bit annoying.

The room was fairly clean. Staff was nice, although we did not speak the language and communication was a bit difficult.The room was clean everytime we came back into the hotel. Beds were made and fresh linnen was laid on.

The bathroom was quite small and the toilet could be facing the other way. The toilet faced the door and the (almost) no leg-room made it difficult to do our business. It could face the other way which would give you a lot more leg-room.

We left and didn't even spend the night

A lift would have been useful as the staircases wre quite narrow

I cannot join the hotel from 2 weeks on their official phone. I need an invoice for a extension that we made, but no one is answering.
