Location
Furnitures and especially plumbing are old and needs to be replaced, soundproofing in the rooms are not existing, you know everything that your neighbors doing, the room cleaning is bad, the breakfast is poor. It is 3 star hotel for sure, 4 stars is overrated for such kind of service.
We were welcomed by an efficient and friendly gentleman on reception who gave us all the information that we required. The morning staff were excellent, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was great, cooked breakfast was available and was perfectly cooked and presented. Our room looked out over the town square which was delightful, especially on Market Day when we awoke to find the square had been transformed and was alive with lights, colour and traders selling their wares. We spent a happy time looking at their wares and buying items to take back to UK with us.
Two of us had a room that looked out over a vista of grey roofs - not very exciting but I presume that this was unavoidable. We have no complaints.
Nice big roomsExcellent breakfastNice designs.

Very quiet rooms on the Back of the hotel
Even Dispite saying quiet room, the La Louviere Plage Happens directly in front of the hotel, and it hast been clearly noticsble... Happens every year, so you should check dir the Dates, If you are noice sensitive.
Good location and friendly reception with good staff
Towels seemed to be overused (too old), rooms were a bit dusty (I have dust allergy) so felt uncomfortable over night. In overall price of this stay did not match to the quality.
Very clean and quiet, friendly staff, many things to do in the area that are walkable. Close to the train station.
Friendly and helpful staffHuge rooms , confy beds
No parking , had to pay 1 euro per hour or find a spot on the roads which was such a pain...
Friendly staff and nice food. Clean rooms.
Bathroom was a bit dated.
Big room with a big bed. Very helpful staff.
The location with nearby parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good cooked breakfast, but some of the buffet food was rather old and stale.
Good room with everything you needed
Corridor smelling of humidity, but rooms not
Centrally located, very comfortable room, top-notch breakfast
Very minor point: Hotel didn't know that the central partking garage adjacent to the hotel was closed that weekend.
Nice staff, comfy bed
Mold in the bathroom, which I am allergic to
Friendly staff, accomodating at breakfast time.Friendly reception experience. In reality, nothing else.
Smelly room.Smelly hallway in 3rd floor, really bad.Expected eclairs at breakfast, somebody had mentioned it in a write up, they told me they had never offered them.No slippers in a 4 star hotel???Rather dark spaces all around.
Good breakfast and location.
No Wi-Fi available.
Great central location in the town. My room was clean, spacious and nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant next door was also great for a quick informal dinner with plenty to choose from on the menu. The hotel was less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station
Breakfast was OK but was very carbohydrate focussed. I was offered some cooked eggs which I am not able to eat and there did not seem to be another cooked option available to me. I did have some nice local break with ham and cheese but not sure this really represented value for money when considering the price.
