The room was decent sized for a family of 4. The breakfast had a nice variety of breads and croissants. The kids enjoyed the waffles.

Secluded location of the property.

Clean and in good condition.

EV charging station rates were extremely high, the highest I've paid in Europe for any charging station and even worse for a low speed station. I was given the impression breakfast was included in the room rate, but then was asked to pay 14euros more after I had already started my breakfast. Lastly, the entry ramp from the main street is not very smooth and jolts your car when one turns into the property.

Friendly staff, spacious room with well equipped kitchenette, incl. microwave, fridge and coffee (nespresso style). Good air conditioning. Quiet.

Convenient and quiet location only if you travel by car or bus/taxi (motorway access at 500 m).

The price is too high Hi hear everything in the corridor , no sound insulation

Location . Breakfast. Aircon. Bed. Shower. Parking all this thing very good.

The toilet with no sink. Got to walk to the shower room to wash hands.

Breakfasts were good.

We had seen there was a pizzeria next to the hotel. On our last night having walked around Nivelles and back to the hotel we had expected to eat there. However it was closed. When we asked at the hotel where we could get something to eat near the hotel they said there wasn't anywhere - rather annoying! Also the bar had run out of red wine so our last night in the hotel was not very satisfactory. Some members of staff were very good but one or two were not so great

pillows were good. breakfast was basic scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs: links and yogurts. all the breads and some fruits. Our room would be good for a single traveler or business person...the Ikea style furniture/fixtures were ergonomically good for management of few items.

room was small and not much place for luggage. bed was hard.

Location and the Parking Facility.

The Air condition in my room was not working due to missing Remote. The lights in the bathroom was not working.

Booked an apartment room for 3 people on the day of the arrival after got notice that my previous booking in another apartment in Brussels was cancelled. The parking was free and spacious. It was near from highway so it’s suitable for transit. The room was nice and clean.

Unfortunately there was no water cooker.

The room was quite big with very large and comfortable beds. Kids loved their bunk beds. The choice of food for breakfast was quite good, the same as everywhere. Big parking on the private closed territory, even with electric charger.

It is bad that there was no electric kettle in the room (which you can usually find) so there was no chance to make some tea. There seems to be something somewhere in the hall but when you check in very late you do not want to hag around the hotel.

The quiet and comfort. It was so nice to find a hair drier available. Thank you.

I never took breakfast as it was too expensive at €12. Most hotels charge €6 to €8. Or maybe I was quoted an incorrect price.

Clean and comfortable. Had the apartment style room which had everything you need if youre planning to prepare you own food. Staff who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful.

The toilet and bath were separate in our room which was unconventional for us but not a problem.

Very clean room with all facilities. Especially a toilet seperated from the bathroom is for us very important. Very good breakfast. And very friendly staff at the chek-in and check-out. And also very important is that noone, except guests can drive on the parking at night. Good security ! ! !

The breakfast was the same everyday but ok from my point of view..

but I didnt like that I cant open window to refresh the air from the room and the ventilation was not working.

We liked the breakfast.

On arrival at night, we couldn’t see the access in the hotel’s compound. We advise to install a visible sign to help people recognising the car entrance.

Lack of heating, owful during the winter, plus air conditioning for heating is bad solution and no warm through the ventilation system

Very basic breakfast but probably sufficient. Loud music form two large tv's, hip-hop and rap, at 7am.

Location. Far from anythig else.

Nice size room, friendly staff, perfect for short stay

It’s spacious and clean and free parking available.

It would be great if there is kettle and fridge in the room.
