Pros +
- Breakfast! Quiet.
- Room was very comfortable, and the little garden was a bonus. Service and breakfast excellent. They even delivered glasses of wine to the room so that we could sit outside. We were actually in a recently converted annexe.
- I booked online for and was under the assumption that we would be in the main hotel. Nothing in the write up said we would be in a house alongside the hotel, a triple comfort room. It was clean, coffe maker but shower extremely small. View, the road.
Cons -
- The room was a smaller than I had hoped. And it would be nice if there were a fan in the room as it was warm in the afternoon and evening.
- Could not get wifi. They tried several times, but no success.A minor issue is that the two steps leading to the door were a steeper than normal and that may cause some people a problem.Quite a walk to the beaches, and got lost twice!
- Stepping directly into the bedroom from the road. Only one night thank goodness, we were too tired to complain. Wether this was Booking.coms fault or the hotel I don’t know but it should be bought to ones attention when booking online. Parking difficult.

A lovely little hotel with nice modern decor and a comfortable room. Good continental breakfast and the freindly staff were happy to store my bicycle - thank you!
The staff were extremely accommodating. We did the 70.3 triathlon, it didn’t finish till late got back to hotel at 21:00 hotel kindly put us some cheese/meats etc on as all restaurants closed by then. We could store our bikes too which was very handy. We stayed in the rooms just at the rear of the hotel (no 6&7) little small but very nice. Beds were very comfy!
Nothing really except you had to find on street parking, which we did get outside the hotel.
Excellent option with quite a bit of character, centrally located in Dinard and only 15 minutes or so from ferries in St Malo. Staff couldn't have been nicer, room was excellent and nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Street parking outside the hotel is available although space tight.
I did enjoy my stay, great hospitality, check in was professional and smooth, the hotel is close to many sights and attractions of Dinard, lovely coastal town in Brittany.I'd recommend to eat at the Creperie Le Roy which is a true institution of the town, finally the breakfast at the hotel was rich and delicious.
Comfort, value and location to the beach and town. Very quiet location.

Charming independent hotel situated 10 min pleasant walk from Centre of Dinard.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Secure space for us to leave our bikes was provided. Rooms quirky with comfortable beds and modern bathroom facilities. Charming lounge area. Drinks (hot/ cold/ alcoholic / non- alcoholic) available to help yourself in bar area and just require you to be honest about what you’ve had.Fabulous buffet breakfast representing very good value for money - choice of cereal, pastries, continental and some local specialities. All in all - would highly recommend and will be back :)
Nothing - it was perfect :)
It was spotless and the receptionist was very helpful and the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere
Very charismatic property, minutes walk from the beach. The hotel facilitated my family of 6. It was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious; my children were thrilled with the pastries and crepes. The staff were so welcoming and warm.
The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean.
The room was small. The towels seemed old (partially torn). The main lighting of the room was weak, and the additional lamps did not change much.
Such a lovely place to stay. So much character. Staying here when cycle touring is amazing, they even have undercover bike parking!!!! It’s the perfect distance from Dinard centre, Comfortable beds, blackout blinds and a really lovely room, the receptionist was lovely and helpful too. I can’t be positive enough about this hotel, it deserves way more than 2 stars and I will definitely come back.
It was fine as a 2 star hotel which provided a good breakfast but no other meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little cramped
Everything was perfect! The location was 5 min walking from the center, the room was new and clean. The staff was helpful and polite, they offered us more than once to have a coffe or tea with them.
The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good.there was free street parking available
The noise from the traffic below meant you had to sleep with window closed. It was also a good walk to the centre.
A lovely little hotel, perfect for a couple of nights. Great location for exploring Dinard and in a nice quiet area. Unique style, quirky, and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast.
It was all good. Our room was a bit dusty, that’s all.
The really friendly staff, the location, the breakfast.
But location is fine and it was clean.Really positive is a sort of living room downstaires with a lot of books to read. Good cushions and nice bed, really quiet at night. The bathroom was small, not so much water pressure.Finding a place to park was a bit difficult but free of charge.I would have put the bed sideways for more space in the room.
Good
The older lady who served breakfast on the Saturday morning was rude because of our lack of French speaking, she needs reminding that we are paying guests and that’s what keeps their doors open.
Lovely shower, comfortable bed, well decorated room, coffee machine (nespresso), easy street parking nearby. Good breakfast
Nothing it was great value
